Sunny Deol a.k.a Ajay Singh Deol was born in 19 October 1956 in Punjab. He was the son of super star Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur. He debuted in Bollywood with the film Betaab along with Amrita Singh in 1983. It was a tremendous hit and won him first filmfare nomination. After that he got his biggest hit in Ghayal, for which he got his National Award. After this he was named ‘Action King of Bollywood’. His next performance as a lawyer Damini. He ruled the box office the 90’s with as many as seven blockbuster hits.
After 90’s he worked in lot of patriotic movies like Indian, Hero: A love story of Spy, etc. His biggest hit came in the form of Gadar. It became the highest grossing film ever and broke all the records at box-office. After that he went into a lean phase. Then again his magic worked when he worked with his father and brother in Apne and Yamla Pagala Deewana. He is currently working on the sequel of Yamla Pagla Deewana.
