Shruti Haasan was born on January 28, 1986 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu to Kamal Haasan and Sarika. Shruti Hassan is an actress, singer and a music composer.
Shruti Haasan made her debut as a singer at the age of 6 in her father’s Thevar Magan in the composition of Ilaiyaraaja. She made her debut as an actress in Bollywood with Luck opposite Imran Khan in 2009 and the movie failed miserably at the box office. She next made her debut in Tollywood in January 2011, acting opposite Siddharth in the fantasy adventure film Anaganaga O Dheerudu co produced by Walt Disney Pictures. Her next Bollywood release was Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji alongside Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and Shazahn Padamsee. The movie was a commercial success but Shruthi’s performances garnered negative reviews.
