An action packed entertainer stars Akshay Kumar in the dual role. Shiva (Akshay Kumar) is a small-time thief in Mumbai who suddenly comes through a small girl who strangely starts calling him “papa”(father). Shiva who has no clue about the the girl gets very frustrated and tries to get rid of her and fails. Eventually Shiva gets to know that the girl is the daughter of Vikram Rathore who is a Shiva’s look alike. Shiva then gets to know the past of Vikram Rathore where he was a fearless police officer in a lawless town called Devgarh where he gets shot in the head by the bad guys and is about to die. Now it is Shiva’s duty to go back to Devgarh and restore by peace of the town by killing the parasites.
