Priyanka too busy to enjoy success of ‘Agneepath’.
“Agneepath” has opened to an awesome response and ever since then the cast of the film can’t stop partying. However, the lead actress is too busy to enjoy the success of the film.
Well, Priyanka Chopra is very busy shooting for her unprecedented opening but actress Priyanka Chopra, who plays Kaali in the film, doesn’t have time to celebrate the success as she is busy shooting for her next film “Barfi!”.
Priyanka has given all her dates to “Barfi!” and is very busy shooting for it. Directed by Anurag Basu, the film also stars Ranbir Kapoor.
“She has been working round the clock. She hasn’t been able to enjoy even her success as she is shooting in two shifts. Even yesterday she had to request ‘Barfi!’ to let her leave early to attend press conference,” a spokesperson for Priyanka said.
Although Priyanka is happy with the response to “Agneepath”, she is upset about missing out on all the fun and celebrations.
“Priyanka is not able to go for any of the success celebrations or parties. She is very upset about it. However, she is happy that the film has done so well,” she said.
Did Aishwarya do a cover shoot?
Till last week, we heard that Aishwarya Rai has been rejecting several offers coming her way, because of her two-months-old baby. However, the latest is that the actress has posed for the cover page of the January edition of Elegant Living magazine, which is a US based publication.
On the cover, Ash is all decked up in a white suit and a hat. She looks quite slim and trim. So we wonder when did the shoot happen!
Buzz has it that the mag, having Ash on its cover, is just a publicity stunt so as to attract people to purchase their copies with the hope of getting a glimpse of recent images of Ash and her baby.
Currently, when the entire nation is curious to know what’s cooking in the Bachchan pariwaar, whats delaying the formal naming of the baby, etc etc, having Aishwarya on the maazne cover is the best way to get its copies sold, like hot cakes.

Kareena knows how Saif looks bare bodied!
When it comes to opening up about her relationship with Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor gets very excited and feels free, taking about it. For Bebo, the words possessiveness and insecurity is not in her dictionary.
In a casual chat with Karan Johar on the show ‘A date with Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’, Kareena was asked a few discomforting question by Johar.
When kareena was asked, “How do you feel when you see Saif in an intimate scene with another hot actress? Say in Race 2, Saif has a bare-body scene with a Deepika in bikini, what would be your first thought?”
Kareena replied: “I’d be like ‘Wow! How hot Saif looks’,” “I know how he looks bare bodied!”
Kareena further added, “I am quite secure in my relationship with Saif and though I don’t want to say too much too soon, I am quite content!”
Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor will soon be seen together in their upcoming flick, Agent Vinod . If reports are true, the couple may even enter matrimonial bliss, this year.
Salman Khan to set free 400 inmates!
Salman Khan is truly a man with a heart of gold. Re[ports have it that, the actor has come to the rescue of about 400 inmates who continue to languish in jail, despite having completed their term.
It so happens that, when a convict is sentenced to imprisonment, he is asked to pay a certain amount in the form of fine, besides serving the jail term. Now, if the convict is unable to pay the fine, he will have to serve an additional term. Through ‘Being Human’, Salman’s charitable organization, convicts who are unable to pay the fine, will be set free, as the organization has offered to pay the amount.
It is heard that the actor has written to the jail authority about it and is waiting for its clearance from the higher authorities.
A total of Rs 40 lakh will be submitted by the foundation, to the jails across the state of Uttar Pradesh, setting 400 inmates free.
Do NOT call Sanjay Dutt ‘Kancha Cheena’…
Sanjay Dutt’s powerful performance in his latest film ‘Agneepath’, has definitely won millions of hearts. His name in the film, ‘Kancha Cheena’, has now become a synonym to a villain. However, Sanju baba is not very fond of the name Kancha.
Recently, Hirthik Roshan threw a big bash for the success of his latest film, ‘Agneepath’. Sanjay Dutt was a also a part of it. At around 2:30 am, after partying really hard, when Sanju walked out of the party, he was approached by a number of photographers. Suddenly, one of them shouted out ‘Kancha’ to attract his attention and click him.
Unlike Vidya Balan, who enjoys being called ‘Silk’, off screen, Sanjay Dutt seemed furious and snapped at the photographer. The actor’s behavior shocked the cameramen around him.
We wonder what’s the reason behind this.
Its raining awards for Ranbir and Vidya
Vidya Balan and Ranbir Kapoor have once again picked the best actor trophies at the annual Filmfare awards ceremony, for ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Roscstar’, respectively. “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” bagged the best film honor.
The Awards function was held on January 29th and was hosted by Shahrukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor.
It was definitely a night to remember for Ranbir, as the actor walked away with two awards. Zoya Akhtar also grabbed two awards for Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.
Priyanka Chopra won the best actress (critics’ choice) for “7 Khoon Maaf”.
The evening was studded with scintillating performances from Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza.

Saif all praises for Bebo’s stunts…
As reported earlier, Kareena Kapoor will be seen doing various stunts in her upcoming flick ‘Agent Vinod’. And guess who’s very happy with her? Well, he’s none other than Saif Ali Khan. He is all praises for his girlfriend and insists that Kareena is very good in doing stunts in his film.
Kareena wasn’t very keen on doing action or any kind of stunts prior to the film going on floors. However, in due course of time as the film started progressing, Bebo went on with the flow.
“She (Kareena Kapoor) had said she does not like doing action but she is very good at it. She has got pretty intense expression when she does it. She was very very good while doing it,” Saif Ali Khan said.
In Delhi, while shooting for an action sequence, the actress did injure herself quite a few times. Not just her but her beau Saif, was bruised too.
“I thought it (doing action) would be fun but every inch of my body was bruised and coloured in some amazing purple, yellow blotches…I had not seen something like this ever. I have done everything myself which I am excited about,” said the 41-year-old star.
Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Agent Vinod is a spy thriller, set to hit theaters in June, this year.
Sonu Sood regrets not being a part of Dabangg 2!
Chhedi Singh a.k.a Sonu Sood, who was outstanding as a villian in Dabangg and also won several awards for the same, will not be a part of the films sequel.
Producer Arbaaz Khan has replaced Sonu with Prakesh Raj, instead.
The actor regrets not being a part of Dabangg 2. Says the actor, “It was a creative call of the director and the script needed someone else but I am still part of the family. I wish I could have been part of ‘Dabangg 2′, but the script demanded someone else.”
This however, hasn’t caused any sort of tension between him and Salman Khan. “Salman and I are still together. We are still very good friends. A film is a very small thing to rip us apart,” he added.
Takling about his upcoming film, Sonu adds, “My next film will be with Naseeruddin Shah. It is titled ‘Maximum’. I am playing a cop in the film. The film is based in Mumbai.”
Deepika and Sidharth call it quits?
The last time Deepika Padukone and her billionaire boyfriend Sidhartha Mallya made a public appearance together was err eh errrrr, well, we guess at Arpita Khan’s party… It’s been almost three months now that the couple are seen together.
Things started to get evident when, Deepy wasn’t spotted at Sid’s new year bash. Even Sidharth was by his ladylove at her birthday party earlier this month.
A source closed to the star, talking about their strained relationship says, “Since August 2010, they have made several appearances together. But if you recall, they have been strangely cold and aloof while talking about their relationship. But all of us wanted to believe that they were headed for something stronger when Sidhartha dined with Deepika’s family.”
If rumors are to be believed, the tension between the couple started when Deepika signed a film opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Also it is heard that Ranbir Kapoor has been sending his ex gifts as a mark of their new-found friendship.
According to a few common friends, Sidhartha has talked about this tension to few of his friends that “the relationship is not working and heading nowhere.”
Deepika However, refused to comment.
