Salman Khan out of Judwaa 2!

Salman Khan has been replaced by Saif Ali Khan in Judwaa 2, which will go on floors sometime very soon. The sequel of David Dhawan’s hit comedy Judwaa, released in 1997 will be directed by Sajid Khan.
If buzz is to be believed, Saif has been longing to work in a comedy flick from quite sometime now. He had also approached director Sajid Khan to direct films for his production house, however, due to certain reasons, Sajid declined the offer.
We do not know why Salman Khan has been taken out of the film.
Presently, Saif Ali Khan is shooting with Deepika Padukone and newbie Diana Penty, for Cocktail.
Judwaa 2 is expected to release by early 2013.
10 crore endorsement deal for Aishwarya Rai?
Unlike other actors in the film industry, Aishwarya Rai’s personal life is not open to the public.
We are very eager to know if Ash will be returning to the film industry and if she is keen on taking her filmy career ahead. However, we hear that the actress is soon going to make her comeback on screen. She has reportedly signed an endorsement deal with an Indian jewelery brand for a staggering amount of Rs.10 crore.
Rumors had it that Ash has decided to play a mom for the rest of her life, bidding good bye to the film industry. However, with the actress having signed the endorsement deal, all rumors are now put to rest.
News has it that her dad in law will also be a part of the jewelery advertisements. An official announcement is yet to be made.
Aishwarya Rai will also make her presence felt at the Cannes film fest, this year as the brand ambassador for L’Oreal.
Shahrukh Khan caught smoking in stadium!
Shahrukh Khan once again lands into trouble because of his deadly bad habit, smoking. Well, the actor was ticked off smoking at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur, during a cricket match of his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders.
The director of Jaipur Cricket Academy, Mr Anand Singh Rathore, has submitted a video evidence having the actor smoking in the stadium during the match, and has has asked the court to take legal action against Shahrukh Khan.
Shahrukh was broadcast live on TV smoking in the stadium.
The additional chief judicial magistrate’s court has fixed April 12 as the next hearing date.
Rathore has also questioned the officials as to why was the actor allowed to carry cigarettes with him inside the stadium, when things like match-boxes, lighters, cigarettes and even water bottles are not allowed.
What’s Aamir’s show ‘Satyamev Jayate’ all about?
If you are wondering what is Aamir Khan’s show Satyamev Jayate all about, let us tell you, its something to do with the people of India. It is for the people of our country, by the people and belongs to the people of our nation, India. And that’s the reason Aamir’s show has been titled Satyamev Jayate.
Though the promos of the show is out, yet, the audiences are not very clear about the content and nature of the show. We hear that Aamir Khan Productions is most likely to be a chat show, involving people from different walks of the life. Aamir has been working on the concept for the last three years.
Naming his show ‘Satyamev Jayate’ was very difficult for the makers. The title being the nations motto, cannot be trademarked. However, the name was retained as Aamir was very adament on having it.
“But Aamir was clear he wanted this title and nothing else, even though it belonged to the country and he’d have to borrow it,” B Shrinivas Rao, executive producer for Aamir Khan Productions, tells a daily.
Satyamev Jayate will go live in May.
Pain haunts Amitabh Bachchan!
Just recently Amitabh Bachchan recovered from an abdominal surgery, and once again the pains retuns to haunt him. Since a couple of days, the mega star has been facing terrible pain.
The actor will have to undergo a CT scan in order to identify the cause for the pain. He will visit Seven Hill Hospital, today, Tuesday.
Amitabh Bachchan underwent an abdominal surgery 87two months ago.
“Last night…I rose from my desk to get to bed, but excruciating pain, stopped me in my tracks and I found it difficult to walk, to stand, to sit, to lie down. Quite horrendous!” he said in a late night blog entry.
Big B did not have any pain post operation. However, he experienced sever aches after two months.
“I have no answer. But tomorrow (Tuesday), there should be one as I prepare for a CT-Scan after devouring a large bottle or bottles of that yellow fluid…” Amitabh Bachchan said.
Housefull 2 at the Box Office!
Sajid Khan’s Housefull 2, has emerged as the second best opener of the year 2012, after Agneepath.
The opening day, being a holiday (Good Friday) saw a collection of Rs. 14 crore. 70-100 percent of theaters were housefull. There was a dip in business on Saturday, collecting a total of Rs. 13 crore. However, Sunday saw a sudden hike of Rs. 16 crore.
In total, the first weekend collection was Rs. 43 crore. Housefull 2 becomes Akshay Kumar’s biggest opener at box office.
What’s surprising is that the film even survived the tough competition from the ongoing IPL 5.
The film is doing wonders at box office abroad, too.

Ekta Kapoor gets John-Bips together!
It’s been almost a year that Bipasha Basu and John Abraham have parted ways. Well, thorough professionals that they are, the ex couple are now back together in Ekta Kapoor’s film.
If sources are to be believed, “Ekta Kapoor has managed a coup for her next production Shootout at Wadala, which is currently on floors. John is her leading man, while Kangana Ranaut stars opposite him. Bipasha is the latest addition to the film, and she will have one scene in the film which leads to an item song.”
Ekta Kapoor confirms the news too. “Aap ko pata chal gaya!” However, she refused to comment any further. The source adds, “Whether John and Bips will have any scenes together is still being kept a secret, but the fact that they are ready to be in the same movie is a new beginning.”
The couple split in 2010.
