Neha Dhupia was born on 27 August 1980 in Kochi, Kerala into a Punjabi family. She started her career acting in plays and appearing in music videos. In 2002 Neha Dhupia won the Femina Miss India pageant.
Neha Dhupia made her debut in Bollywood in 2003 with Qayamat: City Under Threat, delivering an average movie. She shot to fame with her next movie, Julie. She later appeared in movies like Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, Shootout at Lokhandwala. She also appeared in critically acclaimed movies like Chup Chup Ke, Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, Singh is Kinng and Dasvidanya.
As of 2013 she is filming for her movie, Unglee.
