Murder 3 revolves around love, betrayal and jealousy. The movie opens with Vikram (Randeep Hooda) viewing a video of Roshni(Aditi Rao Hydari), his girlfriend breaking up with him. While he is drowning his sorrows in alcohol, he meets Nisha(Sara Loren) and cupid strikes. They move in together. Meanwhile Roshni disappears and the police suspects Vikram but don’t have any hard evidence. Soon it is revealed that Roshni is hiding in a secret room in Vikram’s house. She initially fakes the entire breakup to test his loyalty but soon realises that she is in trouble because she loses the key to that secret room. Nisha eventually finds out about Roshni and is debating whether to help her or not.
