Himesh Reshammiya
Himesh Reshammiya was born on 23 July 1973 in Mumbai to music director Vipin Reshammiya and Madhu Reshammiya. He is a talented singer, music director, actor, TV producer and script writer.
Himesh made his debut in Bollywood as a music composer and composed music for Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya, Yeh Hai Jalwa and Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge. However his major breakthrough was Tere Naam and later turned singer for Aashiq Banaya Aapne, a movie that turned him into a star overnight. He also won his first Filmfare for the Best Male Playback Singer. He made his debut as an actor in Aap Ka Surroor – The Real Luv Story. He also mentored competitors in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge on Zee TV, Music Ka Maha Muqqabla on Star Plus and Sur Kshetra on Colors.
Himesh Reshammiya is married to Komal and they have a son, Swayam.
