Guess why? Well, it’s because Alia Bhatt’s ‘Student of the Year’ co-star Siddharth malhotha has been hanging out with Esha. Alia Bhatt was spotted giving angry stares to Esha during a recent photo shoot where lot of Bollywood’s new comers were present.

The source says, “A lot of newcomers from B-Town were present at the shoot. It was surprising to see Alia Bhatt do that to Esha, especially as the latter was launched by her father Mahesh Bhatt.”

Siddharth Malhotra and Esha Gupta were spending time with each other, hanging around as both of them are from Delhi but Alia seems to feel a bit possessive about Siddharth as he is her first co-star.

But however, this is where lot of rumours start to arise considering the fact that both are very new to the industry and had decent starts to their careers, let’s hope this brief cat fight does not lead to a huge Bollywood rivalry.

The dusky beauty, who was awarded the title for the the Hottest actress said: “Women look really sexy doing action onscreen and it is my favorite genre. I have grown up watching these films. So, action is definitely something I want to explore.”

But for Esha , more than the gun trotting action, it’s the raw physical combats that gets her all excited. she says: “I really like the Akshay Kumar and Jackie Chan sort of action where the emphasis is more on raw combat than hi-tech wired stunts. Not that I would mind doing that either. There’s a strong buzz that action plays a huge part in one of her upcoming films.”

“Martial arts should be part of every girl’s education. And I am sure seeing Bollywood actresses do that onscreen will be inspiring and encouraging,” added Esha, who’s next will be a high octane action film.

Well, we guess that the striking resemblance Esha has to Angelina Jolie has certainly benefited the actress as she will get a chance to do all the high octane action scenes and reprise Angelina’s role.

Esha has often been referred to as the Indian Angelina Jolie, as she resembles her. And this being the main reason, an International co-production (Indo-American) has signed her to play the Indian Lara Croft.

Esha was approached for the role as she’s tall and has a very athletic physique. Obviously, her looks are an advantage, as those who’ve seen the original will be able to connect with the film better. This is a huge project for her, considering there will be a Hollywood studio backing it along with Indian producers.

A source said: “Due to Esha’s back to back hits in a row, the makers did not have any double thoughts before approaching her.”

As of now, Esha is working for another project which will also be produced by Vishesh films, as she has signed a 3 film contract with the production house.

Talking about her latest film Chakravyuh, where she will play the role of a cop, she said that Chakravyuh is a hard hitting movie

“Considering it was Prakash Jha, I knew it would be a hard-hitting movie and I was prepared for that. It was a great opportunity for me,” she said.

When asked weather she wants to do Woman Centered roles, Esha said: “If it comes my way, I will do it. But it also depends a lot on filmmaker and the script. It’s not that I am thinking of it right now, but would do it if something really good comes my way.”

Esha Gupta said: “I actually bought a car from his (Prakash Jha’s) money. I didn’t have a car till Raaz 3. Thanks to my makeup artist, he used to start a little early and pick me up from my residence and then drop me back home. Many a time even Vikram Bhatt dropped me back home.”

“This is my first car. It’s Skoda Superb. I even got lucky with the number. I got really great number – it’s ’786′. It’s a second hand car, but I am happy that I own a car now,” Esha added.

Chakravyuh will be Esha’s third film. The movie also stars Arjun Rampal, Abhay Deol and Manoj Bajpayee in pivotal roles. The movie is set to hit screens on Oct 24.
