A romantic comedy film directed by Karan Johar, Student Of The Year, features newcomers Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in the lead roles. The film was a hit among youngsters.

This act of her’s has shocked the makers and have apparently turned down her demand.

According to a source: “Diana is said to be receiving several ad offers after her debut film. A month ago, one such endorsement deal came her way from a big hair care brand. The company was keen to have Diana on board, but it was strange that even after having a chat with her representatives, they could not get a proper confirmation from her end.”/em>

Buzz has it that the actress got back to the company after almost a month and quoted a whopping fee of Rs two crore.

The source further added: “Finally, the brand had to drop the idea of signing her as the amount she demanded was too high.”

The brand is now said to be exploring other options.

Ayushmann Khurrana is on a roll ever since his first flick Vicky Donor became a hit. The budding star has now said to have signed Kunal Kholi’s next, a romcom. The female lead is yet to be finalized.

Buzz has it that either Diana Penty or Ileana Sçruz may get the role.

Says a source,“Given Ayushmann’s popularity, Kunal apparently is looking to cast an A-list actress opposite the actor. The filmmaker is apparently considering Diana Penty and Ileana D’Cruz for a role opposite him.”

Ayushmann confirmed the news saying, “I am excited to start work with Kunal.”

It is heard that the shooting of the film will take place in London.

The actor is presently shooting for Rohan Sippy’s film, “Nautani Saala”, which will wrap up earliest by mid September, post which Ayushmann will begin shooting for Kunal’s next.
