Raj Kundra collaborates with Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa takes a back seat.
Hubby Raj Kundra is one happy man these days. It is heard that the businessman has collaborated with with actor Sanjay Dutt to start a sports venture called Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) league. His wife’s pregnancy is another reason for him to smile.
While he is busy making new business ventures his wife Shilpa Shetty is taking the back seat, taking care of the soon-to-be-born baby, that’s kicking away inside her.
“My wife has been my bouncing (sounding) board for the last six months. She keeps telling me the kid is kicking away inside so please no more MMA. You go do what you got to do and I support you in anything you do,” said the businessman, who married Shilpa in 2009.
Shilpa Shetty who is in the second trimester of her pregnancy, was spotted at a Lohri celebration.

Finally, after much speculation, Shilpa Shetty has confirmed reports that she is expecting her first child with husband Raj Kundra.
Like the rest, the actress broke the news on her Twitter page. She wrote: Tweetos, “YES” an addition 2 our family is our confirmation to all queries 
We seek blessings from all in this very beautiful phase of our lives”.
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra got married in 2009. This will be Shilpa’s first baby with Raj. However, Raj already has a daughter from his previous wedding.

Shilpa Shetty’s upcoming film ‘The Desire’ has the actress getting intimate with her Chinese star Xia Yu. This has apparently upset hubby Raj Kundra…
In the trailer of the film, there is a lot of lesbian content that is also displayed. The scenes have model-turned-actress Sheetal Menon, lying on a bed with another actress talking love and desire. There is also a scene where the famous Konark temple idols are used to show the closeness between the two females.
Desire’ is an Indo-Chinese project and is produced by her mother Sunnanda Shetty and Shi Yun. It is directed by R. Sarath and also stars Anupam Kher, Jayapradha, Vikram Gokhale, and Asif.

First Look: ‘The Desire’!!
The first look of Shilpa Shetty’s first English film ‘The Desire’ is out. The movie is in the making since 2008. The story is all about a woman’s journey in life. Shilpa plays a danseuse who turns into a monk in the film.
Well, if you are wondering whether the actress went really bald for her role in the film, then lets us tell you, her bald look was created through prosthetic make-up.
The Desire is directed by Sarath Kumar and also stars a host of other Indian actors like Sheetal Menon, Anupam Kher, Nakul Vaid and also Jaya Prada.

Shilpa clears airs about Raj cheating on her…
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has refuted reports that her marriage is in trouble, saying that she and her husband Raj Kundra are holidaying in the US. She also says that she is not pregnant.
“First I hear am preggars (NOT true) Now I hear my husbands havin an affair frm the press. Common fr papers 2 stoop low 2 sensationalise false,” Shilpa posted on her Twitter page Tuesday.
There were reports that Kundra had met a gorgeous lady at a hair-transplant clinic in London and later gifted the clinic assistant a European holiday.
But, the 36-year-old actress has denied the reports.
“False news!grrrrrr:( 4 the record, my husband and I are holidaying in USA and r very happily married. Sorry 2 burst the newspapers bubble,” she added.

It was in the year 2009, when Bollywood actress, Silpa Shetty, tied the knot with Raj Kundra, a London based businessman. She and her hubby have lately been busy cheering for their IPL team Rajasthan Royals.
The latest buzz that we hear is that Shilpa is pregnant. Off late, the sexy actress has been noticed going up and down, visiting several clinics. If the buzz is true, then it seems both Shilpa and Raj have planned to keep this good peice of news a secret, until Shilpa is a few months into her pregnancy. However, their close friends and family members have been exposed to the news.
Raj already has a daughter from his first marriage. However, this is Shilpa’s first baby.
Going back to their datings days, Shilpa ad a big wish to have two babies with Raj.

SRK wins over Salman in the Zee Cine Awards…
Thanks to Aamir Khan for noth doing any film in 2010. Hence, in the Best Actor category the fight for the trophy was basically between Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan. While Salman bagged the Best Actor award in the Star Screen and Apsara awards, it was Shahrukh awarded the Best Actor statuette for his performance in My Name Is Khan at the Zee Cine Awards. Shahrukh won the award for his sublime portrayal of an autistic person in the Karan Johar magnum opus ‘My Name is Khan.’
Dabangg managed to sweep 9 awards in different categories, including Best Film.
Ishqiya’s Vidya Balan took home the Best Female Actor trophy. Karan Johar was given the Best Director award for My Name is Khan.Vidya Balan. The Jury Award for Best Actor and Actress, however, went to Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai for their performances in director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish. Arjun Rampal (Rajneeti) and Prachi Desai (Once Upon a Time in Mumbai) claimed the trophies in Best Supporting Actor category while funny man Boman Irani got the Best Comic Actor trophy for ‘Well Done Abba.’
Ranvir Singh of Band Baaja Baaraat lapped up yet another trophy for the Most Promising Debut (Male) award and Sonakshi Sinha won the best debutante award for Dabangg. Her dad Shatrughan Sinha was given the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Whose Fitness Would You Observe?
The Bollywood divas of late, have been increasingly releasing fitness DVDs. This phenomenon was started by Shilpa Shetty a couple of years ago after all the fame she received post the infamous episode on the British reality show Big Brother.
Audience were delighted to see Shilpa perform Yoga and was a instant hit. Then, it was Bipasha’s turn to launch a fitness DVD, which according to many was Hmm! hot. Just a month ago, it was Lara Dutta’s turn to do the same when she launched her fitness DVD, Heal with Lara.
Now that all the videos are out in the market and we had a chance to explore them, whose fitness regime would you want to follow now- Shilpa, Bips or Lara!
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra Married?
Shilpa Shetty is currently in London and supposedly on her wedding trip. Shilpa’s whole family including her sister Shamita are in London.
Rumor mill says Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra got married a couple of days before Christmas and Raj threw a grand Christmas bash-cum-reception party for near and dear folks.
Apparently Shilpa was so elated that she decided to cook herself for the Christmas bash. She prepared dinner for her beau and family that night. Shilpa says, “Luv cooking but (for 15 people) was backbreaking, but worth all the same when showered with huge compliments which we thoroughly lapped up.”
She goes on to add “Dinner was a lavish (healthy), exotic spread …. fruit punch, salmon & chicken appetisers with some dips, Golden Roasted stuffed Turkey,(it looked like a tandoori turkey by the time I was finished with it!!!!) Yorkshire pudding, Mozzarella Salad, Roasted Parsnips Organic vegetables, corn pulao, brussel sprouts with roasted chestnuts… and finally topped it with a two layered chocolate cake and apple crumble with ice cream and traditional mince pies with warm custard.
Shilpa probably didn’t want to reveal to the world that she is married… But I bumped into this weird picture on the Internet… Shilpa in a wedding dress… Wonder if it supports the rumors.

Shilpa’s Nose In the Air Results in Foot Injury
Shilpa Shetty has now learnt the importance of staying grounded thanks to her foot injury. She injured her foot in an accident because of her big sunglasses. She wrote on her blog -
“I hurt my foot bad enough to get 15 stitches? don’t ask me how. In a freak accident, thanks to my big sunglasses and nose in the air, I overlooked a sharp metal piece that slit my foot, thankfully not below but over the foot.”
“It is nothing that local anesthesia, a tetanus injection and antibiotics couldn’t solve. There’s nothing to worry about other than my dates that have gone for a toss, disabling me from taking Odissi lessons for my new film ‘Desire’,” she wrote.
She ended her blog writing, ” “Look before you leap and stay grounded.”
Hah! Have learnt it the hard way… haven’t you Shilpa?
