Dabangg 2 sees heftier bribes and bigger troubles..
Soon after the shoot of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, Salman Khan will get into the role of the corrupt ‘Chulbul Pandey’ for Dabangg 2.
The film will be directed by Arbaaz Khan. It is heard that Dabangg 2 will see Salman Khan become more corrupt and will operate from Mumbai and not from Lalgani.
By now, we all know that Sonu Sood, the villain in Dabangg is now replaced by Prakash Raj.
Currently, Salman Khan is with Katrina Kaif in Cuba, shooting for EkTha Tiger. News has it that actor will make a trip to the US for a check up for Trigeminal Neuralgia for which he underwent a surgery last year.
Dabangg 2 will release this Christmas.
Salman-Katrina, off to Cuba!!
Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are all set to leave for Cuba, to continue the shooting of Kabir Khan’s Film, Ek Tha Tiger. It’s a month long shooting schedule this time.
But why Cuba of all the places??
Well, if reports are to be believed, the weather in Cuba is pretty warm and so it will be safe and comfortable for the film’s actor Salman Khan to continue his work smoothly, considering his neurological condition.
A source close to the project says, “Salman’s neuro-condition which is not fully cured, was aggravated when he shot in the freezing cold in Ireland for the film some months ago. Kabir likes to shoot in difficult locations.”
It is also heard that Salman will be seen performing a few deadly stunts in the film and so having Katrina by his side, he should be safe.
Says a friend of the actress, “Their relationship has now gone to another level where he continues to look out for her, and she for him. While they’ll be shooting in Cuba she will be keeping an eye on his health.”
Katrina states, “I’ll be gone for quite a while. I’ve never been to Cuba before. It sounds exciting.”
Salman-Katrina’s dinner date!
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif got to spend some quality time together, over dinner, while shooting for their film Ek Tha Tiger in Istanbul.
Okay! The real story goes like this.
During the shoot, Salman asked Katrina to give her best for the intense scenes of the film, and in return, Salman would take her out for dinner on that night.
Well, Kats nailed the scenes and Sallu, hence took treated her to dinner. And what’s more interesting is that, the actor reportedly took Katrina out on every single night to various restaurants.
We just love their “friendship”! 
Katrina further reveals the reason for her break up with Salman..
Katrina Kaif, after admitting about her being in a serious relationship with Salman Khan, in a recent interview with a magazine, further reveals the reason the couple broke up.
Salman Khan was the one who launched Katrina Kaif in Bollywood. The two dated each other for almost a year following which the duo called it quits. Ever since then, everyone wanted to know the reason. Now, Kats has opened up to her fans saying Salman Khan’s over possessive nature, brought their relationship to a halt.
Kats also reveals that it was she who ended the relationship as she was fed up with Sallu’s dominating attitude. Every time Katrina was linked to her co-stars, Salman would make it a big issue and create a scene. This didn’t go down welll with the actress.
However, she maintains that Salman will always remain dear to her and that they share a great friendship. The two will be seen together in YRF’s ek tha tiger.
Katrina admits to have been in a serious relationship with Salman Khan!
Whenever she was questioned about her relationship with Salman Khan, Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif always remained quite. Many a times, she gave diplomatic responses but never did she actually reveal what kind of relationship the two shared.
However, Katrina Kaif has finally admitted to her relationship with Salman Khan in an interview with Cosmopolitan.
Katrina said, “Salman Khan is my first serious relationship.”
The two are currently shooting for their next film, Ek Tha Tiger.
Though the couple have split, they remain thick friends.
Katrina Kaif however, refused to comment on her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. Instead she diplomatically said, “As far as rumours of dating Ranbir go, we did two films that worked well for both of us.”
Ek Tha Tiger crew in for a hearty surprise by Salman-Katrina!
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, together surprised the crew of Ek Tha Tiger, on Diwali, by gifting them gold coins.
A source informs, “The crew was shooting in Turkey around Diwali. Katrina wanted to do something special for her staff and the crew.
The crew was away from home shooting during the festival, instead of celebrating it with their respective families. She decided to gift them gold coins.”
The source adds, “When Salman found out about Katrina’s generous gesture, he also got inspired and decided to gift them gold coins.
Everyone in the unit from the direction and the production team and the spot boys got two gold coins each.”
The film Ek Tha Tiger is directed by Kabir Khan.
Salman Khan is Katrina’s trainer for Dhoom 3
Katrina Kaif is definitely a multi tasker. She is currently shooting for Yashraj’s Ek Tha Tiger. But, that’s not it. The actress is simultaneously working on her look for Dhoom 3 too. And you know who is guiding her this time??? It’s none other than our very own Sallu Bhai.
Katrina Kaif is the hotness factor in Dhoom 3 and so, the actress has to work really hard in order to live upto everyone’s expectation. Rumors also has it that Kats will be donning a bikini in the film, however, that is not yet confirmed. But,Kats will definitely be showing off her hot body in the film.
“She may or may not be wearing a bikini, but she will need to look her toned best, as the franchise is high on the ultra-glam looks of the actors as well,” the source is quoted as saying by a tabloid.
So, where does Salman’s role fit in the picture??? Well, since the duo have been shooting together, they have been in continuous touch with each other. If rumors are to be believed, Kats has been advised by Salman to swim and cycle on a regular basis, in order to ger a tanned, fit and fab bod.
Dhoom 3 will go on floors by December 2011. If all goes well, the film is expected to release on Christmas 2012. has Aamir Khan plays the baddie in the film.
Goodbye Dublin, says Salman-Kats!!
Done with shooting in Dublin, the ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ team now moves to Istanbul in Turkey for their next shooting schedule.
Confirming the news, director Kabir Khan wrote,
“Tiger has landed in Istanbul… Schedule 2 begins ” Kabir Khan wrote and then posted a picture of the city, adding “Stunning Istanbul… Perfect backdrop for the Tiger in action…”
The city shown in the first look of the digital poster of Ek Tha Tiger, looks a lot like Istanbul. However, Kabir Khan denies it.
“For all those wondering.. No d digital poster dsnt hv Istanbul as d backdrp.. Thts another magical city which I will reveal only in the film,” Kabir Khan wrote.
Salman Khan makes way for his dear friend Aamir Khan…
Salman Khan’s upcoming film, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ will now have an Eid release. Well, Sallu, the man with a golden heart postponed his film release making way for his fellow star Aamir Khan.
It is heard that, Aamir requested Salman to delay the release of ‘Ek Tha Tiger as the former want to release his next film, directed by Reema Kagti, on June 1. The very close relationship that the duo share, Salman immediately accepted Aamir’s request.
However, The shifting of the release of the film to Eid has proven to be a blessing to Salman as Eid is considered a lucky time for the actor.
‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Aditya, the film is currently being shot in Dublin from where it moves on to Turkey for its next schedule.

Salman Khan replaced by Shahrukh Khan???
Since Salman Khan is not very fit these day, the actor might just drop out from Karan Johar’s untitled film.
The latest we get to hear is that Shahrukh Khan, who is a very good friend to Karan, will be replacing Sallu Bhai. Since Salman has a very very tight schedule, with two movies in hand (Yashraj’s EK Tha Tiger and Sohail Khan’s Sher Khan), adding to that, another trip to the US for a second surgery, Karan is doubtful if Salman could give him dates.
It is heard that Salman has been asked by the Dharma Productions to confirm within a weeks time if he would be available. If its negative response, SRK will be roped in for the film which will be directed by Rensil D’Silva. The film stars Katrina Kaif in lead.
Salman Khan is worried…
Salman Khan will have to continue his visit to the US, once in every two months for the treatment of his nervous disorder. However, it’s going to be difficult once he starts shooting for his next with Katrina Kaif, following time constrain.
Says a source, “Once he starts shooting his next film, there will be major time issues as most films freeze dates for particular schedules.
Obviously, when it comes to Salman, his health is of utmost importance and anyone would be willing to accommodate him.”
The shooting for Ek Tha Tiger, has already been postponed by a few weeks and the filmmakers will have to rush to finish a schedule before he has to fly down to the US again.
“It’s pretty commendable how he has managed to withstand such pain and continue to work on back-to-back projects.
Usually when one has this disorder, medicines can be used to subside the pain, but you cannot really avoid regular treatment,” says the source.
Salman Khan’s career may be at it’s peak, however, the actor cannot afford to ignore even the slightest pain.“He is at the peak of his career, but his health cannot be ignored anymore. So he will take it easy and work on individual projects only,” says the source.
Salman’s next visit to the US will be in January 2012.
