Priyanka-Hrithik suffer minor burnts on the sets of Agneepath…
An aarti scene found Agneepath stars Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra playing with fire quite literally. While Duggu suffered minor burns shooting the scene, PC escaped unscathed but her lehenga caught fire and had to be change.
This is HR’s second accident on the sets of the Karan Johar production. He hurt his hand while breaking a coconut in an earlier scene. His accidents have proved lucky for his films in the past. We wonder if it will bring luck to this one too.
A source recounts what happened: “Hrithik was shooting the Ganapati puja scene. He was holding a big thali with several lit diyas (lamps) and doing the aarti. During one rotation, one diya toppled over, spilling hot oil on his hand, scalding it.
No one was any wiser for it until Duggu rushed to apply ice on the affected area. When the crew understood, the shoot was immediately stopped. It wasn’t a serious injury but Hrithik was in pain. He resumed shooting as soon as his pain subsided. He then joked about his injuries being lucky charms for his films.”
Yesterday, on the second day of shooting the scene, “PC’s lehenga caught fire from the diyas of aarti and got burnt at the edges. She noticed it quickly and wasn’t hurt but had to change her lehenga and wear a new one,” reveals another source.

Aamir Khan did it for Delhi Belly. Ranbir Kapoor is all over television shaking his hips to the Tain Tain Phissh promotional item number from Chillar Party and now, Priyanka Chopra too doesn’t want to be left behind.
The actress, who had earlier appeared in an item number with Shah Rukh Khan in Billu is all set to sway her sexy self for an item number in Priyadarshan’s forthcoming film Tezz, starring Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn and Kangna Ranaut.
If all goes well, Priyanka Chopra will be doing her first solo item number in the Ratan Jain produced venture later this year. The actress had stated in a media interview in late 2010, “I have never done one (item number), and I don’t think I will be doing one either.”
But with item numbers being the talking points in films these days, the actress seems to have changed her mind. “She will soon hear the song. Ratan Jain, the producer has spoken to her secretary and Priyanka has shown keen interest in the item song as well,” revealed a source, talking about the dance number in Tezz, which might be the actress’ first ever solo item song.
The song in question has been composed by Sajid-Wajid. A source close to the film, “Priyanka’s dance in Tezz will be as sexy as Malaika Arora Khan’s Munni act in Dabangg and Katrina Kaif’s Sheila in Tees Maar Khan.”

Priyanka Chopra excited about Lady Gaga’s visit to India…
International pop icon Lady Gaga is all set to show her jalwa in India. She will be here on a three-city tour.
The one Bollywood star who is super excited about the event is Priyanka Chopra.
In February this year, Priyanka had personally met Lady Gaga after attending her concert at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
Priyanka had even invited the famous pop star to India and now that her wish is coming true, the actress finds it difficult to control her excitement.
“She was very keen on doing something in India and it’s great if she does make her way out here soon. I look forward to meeting her again,” Priyanka is quoted to have said.
Lady Gaga’s latest album Born This Way has won her many fans in India because of the ‘Desi’ remixed version of the title song featuring Indian music instruments like the tabla and sitar. Indian composers Salim-Suleiman have remixed the song.

Whether there is romance in real life or no, in reel life, there is lots of romance awaiting Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra.
Film manker, Kunal Kohli, is all set to take up the directorial baton once more. His next film is a full on romantic saga, having Shahid and Priyanka in the lead. The flick is said to go on floors today.
News has it that both Shahid and Priyanka will play four different characters in the film. It is a tale that highlights four different facets of love through four different stories of as many couples in as many cities.

Priyanka Chopra was in news yesterday. IT officials who went to raid the actress’s Yari Road home were greeted by Shahid Kapoor who was wearing nothing but shorts. Expecting the sexy Chopra at the door, they were in for a shock on seeing Shahid greeting them instead. Shahid was equally shocked to see the I-T folks…
It was a highly secretive raid and no one came to know of it in advance.
Says a source, “Both, Shahid and Priyanka were quite shocked by the raid. Shahid could not leave immediately. So, he remained there for sometime.”
A source close to Shahid and Priyanka confirmed and said, “Yes, Shahid was present at Priyanka’s place when the IT raid happened. The IT officials came in around 7.30 am.”
Officials said many documents were seized from Chopra’s residence, which was created by merging five flats. 12 lockers were sealed and verification of documents continued till late in the evening. PC’s father, Capt Dr Ashok Chopra home was also raided.

Bollywood actress, Priyanka Chopra is ready for marriage. Despite many spectulations about her link up with actor Shahid Kapoor, she still maintians that she is single.
The 28-year-old says, “I am ready to get married tomorrow, provided I find a nice guy!”
The lovely actress is loved by her fans, making her the frst Bollywood star to cross the million followers mark on the popular social networking site Twitter.
She goes on to add, “The fact that I have more than a million followers on Twitter makes me feel loved,” she says, “I have always been the queen… no, the princess of Bollywood.”
Priyanka rubbishes all rumours about she not doing a stage show just because she had to share space with Shahid Kapoor. “I get many offers for stage shows, and my doing it or not doing it depends on my dates. Not wanting to work with Shahid will be a stupid reason.”
The actor will next be seen in films such as Don 2, Agneepath, Barfee and Kunal Kohli’s untitled film. “The shooting for Barfee, in which I play a mentally-challenged girl, has just begun. It’s my toughest role so far.”

It is heard that RK is upset with PC for poking fun at his several linkups and his Casanova image. Though, PC made the comments in a light mood, RK was hurt and this has in turn hurt their friendship.
A source reveals, “Ranbir and Priyanka aren’t paired opposite each other. In fact it’s B-Town debutante Ileana who is his romantic interest in Burfi. Piggy Chops plays the second woman in his life. And since the actor has worked with her in Anjaana Anjaani, there was a level of comfort. Apparently, PC was cracking people up at RK and the ‘new’ girl’s expense.”
The source adds, “RK was upset that Priyanka was joking about his string of affairs. Since he hasn’t shot with Ileana, he didn’t want her to feel uncomfortable. He confronted PC and told her not to promote any loose talk.”
After Deepika and Katrina, RK has been linked to his Rockstar co-star Nargis Fakhri.
We just hope, this time he is not linked to his Burfi co star Ileana.
So he wants to be careful about any linkups. And the baggage he carries after the comments that Sonam Kapoor and former flame Deepika Padukone made about him on Karan Johar’s chat show.
‘Dostana 2′ without Priyanka Chopra…
Priyanka Chopra who catapulted into super stardom with Dostana, will not be seen in its sequel.
Though there have been rumours about PC being roped in for a special role in Dostana 2, the actress has denied being part of the film.
“I am not part of `Dostana 2′. I was never doing Dostana two…reason being my love story ends in the first film…so where is the question. This was cleared some 2 years ago,” she said on micro-blogging site twitter.
However, the actress might make a cameo appearance in the film.
She says, “when it comes to a special appearance or something, that’s a much later call,” Priyanka said.
Tarun Mansukhani revealed that Dostana sequel is on and the final script is yet to be completed. The film will be produced by Karan Johar. The film stars Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Katrina Kaif.
