A close friend of Shahid revealed, “Shahid was a complete teetotaler, but he started smoking on the sets of Kismet Connection in Canada after his break-up with Kareena. He was often stressed out and we didn’t realize what was wrong with him. Suddenly, we saw him smoking heavily during the shoots. We thought it was work-related stress, but we were worried when we saw that he had become a chain smoker.”
Friends bugged him alot and advised him against becoming a chain smoker as it would ruin his health, and thankfully Shahid has realized his folly. As said by the close source, “Shahid realized that a lot had changed in his personal and professional life. Kareena has moved on and so has he. He has accepted things and is happier after Jab We Met was hugely appreciated. He doesn’t need cigarettes anymore!”
Shahid’s personal trainer and close friend Abbas Ali also confirmed the news, “Shahid is training very hard these days. But a few days back there was something amiss; he was not achieving the desired results. When he asked me what was wrong, I told him that his smoking was causing him much harm. Thank goodness, he kicked off the habit and has stuck to it.”
Shahid had taken up smoking on the sets of Kismet Connection and now has given up the habit prior to its release.

The 53rd Fair One Filmfare Awards night was a shimmering night with almost all prominent celebrities of Bollywood gracing the occasion. But the most surprising element of the night was not SRK and Saif with their Na-real Awards gig, but it was the absence of Bachchan family at the event, who have been regular in gracing the event every year. Flying Rumors convey that it was because of Shahrukh Khan that Bachchan family decided to give the event a miss. Last year SRK had made some rude but unintentional comments on Amar Singh (remember he joked that he could see “Darindagi” in Amar Singh’s eyes) and that was the main reason they boycotted Filmfare this year. But sources close to Bachchans claim that they missed the starry night because of recent events in their personal lives. Amitabh Bachchan’s mother Teji Bachchan expired a few month back and close associate Amar Singh’s father also passed away recently. And Bachchans are very grief stricken right now to celebrate anything.
Well Filmfare night with all that glitter and pomp still looked less starry without our Big B and his clan, Hai na?

Yes you have heard it right buddy! SRK and Hrithik are going to sizzle on the dance floor for an item number in Rakesh Roshans’s latest movie KRAZZY 4. Rakesh Roshan’s KRAZZY 4 stars Irrfan Khan, Arshad Warsi, Suresh Menon ,Rajpal Yadav along with Comedy Queen Juhi Chawla and is directed by his close associate Jaideep Sen. Since KRAZZY 4 is an out and out comedy, Rakesh Roshan invades the new territory of comedy with his latest venture.
The main USP of the movie is gonna be the item numbers by sizzling combo SRK and Hrithik Roshan. SRK’s item number has been released few days back and is already making its way to the top of the charts.
The music of the movie is composed by the ever melodious Rajesh Roshan. As usual the K-factor also makes it presence felt in KRAZZY 4 as it does with every other movie which comes out of Rakesh Roshans closet. With the deadly combo of SRK and Hrithik to sizzle on the big screen this April, the audience are surely gonna say “Krazy kiya re!!!”

Films like Page 3 have long shown page 3 people asking sexual favors from ambitious people who come for work. But this is the first time that news like this has come on news. Ace singer Sonu Nigam has accused famous film journalist Subhash K Jha of unreasonable sexual demands and harassment after he rejected the latter’s unreasonable advances. “He used to harass me with his homosexual desires to an extent that my family was affected. We all know that the film industry consists of many gays and homosexuals. Even I have many gay friends but they have never tried to come close to me because they know that I am not interested in it,” news website zeenews.com quoted the Sonu Nigam as saying. He also added, “In 2001, he proposed me and said that he loves me. He even misbehaved with me after getting drunk but later apologized in the morning. I even told him that you are Lataji’s friend and elder to me so please don’t talk such things with me as I’m not gay. But he still continued harassing me with his calls.” Jha has been writing harsh criticism on the singer for quite some time now and Sonu calls it deliberate attempt to defame him. Sure the industry is known to have such hidden secrets but not all time do they become public. At the outer sphere the industry portrays a happy and flourishing world!

She has painted over 30 of her zealous imaginations. And to top the two most sought after abilities the actor has won accolades for her singing with Asha Bhonsle.
“As a child, whatever I have done, I have done with seriousness, intensity and full-fledged passion, but even then it doesn’t make me a professional singer. My mamaji, Madhav Desai, sings and plays the tabla. I have sung Ghulam Ali’s ghazals, have karaoke sessions at home so yes, I do love singing” says Urmila. She is not just being showered by film scripts but also by singing projects. So when are we going to here you next Urmila?

Mogambo Khush Hua! Guys something really surprising is in store for all you people from Producer Boney Kapoor. Guess what? Boney Kapoor is returning with the sequel of his 1987 blockbuster (literally) Mr India with Anil Kapoor and Sri Devi back in it. Isn’t it great news? But the movie will not be the same with our very dear ‘Mogambo’- Amrish Puri. And also the movie will not be directed by Shekhar Kapoor, it will be Nikhil Advani who will direct the amazing sequel.
“Yes I’ve been sounded out. Boney and I have had preliminary meetings. It would be an honour to continue the Mr India story. I can’t see myself being anywhere near Shekhar. And yes, I can’t see a Mr India sequel without Anil Kapoor and Sridevi,” said Advani.
“I feel Sri is looking her best and ready for a vehicle. But it has to be vehicle worthy of her, and Mr India is certainly something she would be proud to do,” Boney said. Sure miss Seema, we are ready for you!
After the success of ‘No Entry’, Boney Kapoor is on the floors to make a sequel to the very same movie. So it is raining sequels at Kapoor’s Production house.

Looks like Ram Gopal Varma likes the title Guns and Roses. Or else how on earth can you explain what’s happening with Ramu. First it was Urmila Matondkar (since Drohi), then Antara Mali, then Anurag Kashyap (Kaun, Satya) and Sandeep Chowta and now it is Manoj Bajpai. All of them were made (read used) by Ramu’s Genius. Of course these people also helped him build the Factory. It was always roses with each of them for Ramu.
But today after having worked with the likes of Amitabh Bachan and the Junior Bachchan (and being appreciated for it) looks like he is at guns with everybody.
Manoj Bajpai says he doesn’t want to work with Ram Gopal Varma again. Great! So far so good. But ask Manoj Bajpai, and Antara Mali who is at loss?
Infact, Anurag Kashyap himself said in an interview that he needs Ramu more than Ramu needs him.
Anyways if you are as famous and as technically correct as Ramu is, you will have nothing to loose … Period!

This is just the right news to end my long hard day’s work guys… nothing to do with any Bollywood bombshell so keep those wagging tongues under control 
The news is that Amitabh Bachchan has been awarded with the title of ‘Indian Of The Year 2006’ by Times Of India!!! The national newspaper conducted a survey among 1,005 Delhi-ites (that’s the only way I could spell the word 
) and AB senior was on the top of the list – as expected!
While the sexy Sam won with a whopping 15% of the words to his name, the next in line were Sachin Tendulkar and Soniya Gandhi with a mere 5% each… God bless them with some more Delhi based fans
