Housefull 2 is an upcoming Bollywood action comedy, directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It is the sequel to the 2010 Bollywood commercially successful movie Housefull.

The film stars Akshay Kumar opposite Asin Thottumkal in the lead. It also features Ritesh Deshmukh, Boman Irani, Randhir Kapoor and Chunkey Pandey from the original, whilst new additions include John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee, Shreyas Talpade and others. It also features veteran actors such as Mithun Chakraborty and Rishi Kapoor in supporting roles.

Malaika Arora Khan features in an item-number song. The music will be composed by Sajid-Wajid.

Katrina Kaif is very excited about her upcoming film with Shahrukh Khan. She has decided to give in her 100 percent and has devoted her major part of 2012 for the film.

The actress talks about her experience on the sets, “I shot with Shah Rukh for five days before my Ek Tha tiger schedule in Cuba. We had never worked before. And I tend to be a bit reserved on the sets. Shah Rukh has shot several times with Yashji. This is my first. But I was made to feel at home from Day 1. Shah Rukh is very helpful. He is helping me understand my character better.”

Informs a friend of Kats, “The role requires Katrina to work on her body language. Shah Rukh, who has seen several heroines including Kajol, Juhi Chawla, Madhuri Dixit and Preity Zinta transform into Yashraj goddesses, is helping Kat with the same.”

The actress recently shot for a Slice advertisement in Thailand and guess what? The shoot took place underwater. What’s more interesting is that Kats wrapped up the scheduled 2 days shoot in just a single day, working non-stop for 14 hours.

Says a source, “Katrina is a thorough professional and hard work doesn’t scare her. The new Slice ad required her to shoot extensively under water and it is quite tiring. She wrapped up two days’ work in a day and everyone was impressed with her comfort in water.”

The actress is busy shooting for her upcoming flick with Salma. But, side by side, she is also doing ad shoots.

Bollywood legendary, Amitabh Bachchan is unwell. The actor is diagnosed with abdominal ailment and will undergo a surgery this Saturday.

Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his blog, bigb.bigadda.com, “There were some medical procedures today as well, for, and this is being disclosed to the Ef (extended family on the internet) at this point of time, a surgery that I shall be undergoing on the 11th morning. I do not wish to talk much on my medical condition, but trust and faith in my FmXt allows me to do so. The surgery they say is not too complicated, but then all doctors say the same as you end up on the operating table, and before long the details and the subsequent anxieties begin to rise.”

The superstar added: “There has been a dosage of injections intravenous that began to day and shall continue for a few days .. a pain in the abdomen has to be investigated tomorrow under a CT Scan and then and only then shall the ok for the surgery be given … so the next few weeks shall be full of nothing else but the hospital and medical bulletins .. boring it may be but it shall be as informative as possible..”

It all began way back in 1982 when Big B’s started complaining and battling abdominal ailments. He was seriously injured while shooting for Coolie. It was a fight scene that led to all this. In 2005 he underwent a bowel surgery.

“My stomach which has already been the bed of many complicated battles in the past, shall have to entertain this as well. Its a war zone , my body, and one which has been through a great deal and still does. I sometimes lament the fact that I do not have the benefit of a complete and ailment free body structure, and I wonder how wonderful it would be to be normal again. But this was my fate and I shall accept it with a smile,” Amitabh Bachchan wrote.

Big B has been advised by his doc to refrain from late-night appearances.

“The doc who looks after me was furious at my late night appearances … but what does one do .. it is this time of the night or the day when there is freedom and solitude to assuage what I must convey or not. But I do understand his concern and shall abide by it ..” he wrote.

The 46-year-old is said to be a chain-smoker, though he is well aware of the fact that it is injurious to health. He admits that smoking is his “worst habit”.

As reported earlier, Katrina Kaif is one actress who is most wanted, down South. It was heard that the actress had grabbed a meaty role opposite superstar Rajnikanth. However, The director of the film later confirmed that Deepika Padukone had landed up with the role.

Well, Kats was Rajni's first choice for Kochadaiyaan. However, the actress had a super tight schedule and so couldn't give dates for Rajnikant's film.

In the past few days, producers have been saying that they are in talks with Kats for some of their upcomings projects. However, kats has a different story to tell.

Her manager is quoted as saying, “Apart from Soundarya Rajinikanth (for Kochadaiyaan), there has been no direct communication with any of the other producers down south.(sic)”

For those new to this news, Kats has already worked down South opposite Venkatesh. Her manager says, “Katrina is a deep admirer of cinema made in the south and she is also fully clued into the legendary status of some of the leading men. She has utmost respect for Mohanlal, Mammootty, Kamal Hassan and Rajinikanth.”

The actress is currently shooting for Ek Tha Tiger with Salman Khan. Her next project will be with SRK for a Yash Chopra film and then Dhoom 3 with Aamir Khan.
