Catch the first trailer of ‘Housefull 2’.

We bring to you the first trailer of ‘Housefull 2’.

In the promo, Akshay Kumar is paired up with Asin, John with Jacqueline Fernandez, Shreyas Talpade with Shazahn Padamsee and Ritesh Deshmukh with Zarine Khan.

While Akki is a khurrat guy, John Abraha is a handsome chor. Shreyas is a ghar jamaai and Ritesh is just not into marriage.

Housefull 2 also sees the veterans Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty and Boman Irani as the four sasurs.

The trailer surely is rib tickling, filled with comedy and confusion.

Directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 2 releases on 5 April.

‘Papa Toh Band Bajaye’ from ‘Housefull 2′, leaked!

One of the songs from director Sajid Khan’s next flick ‘Housefull 2′, ‘Papa Toh Band Bajaye’ has been leaked and is doing the rounds on the internet.

As seen in the video, a small part of the shooting of the song is doing the rounds and as we can see, the number is choreographed by Farah Khan.

In the video, Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh and Shreyas Talpade, dressed in colorful tuxedos are dancing away to glory.

The new additions in the film are Mithun Chakraborty, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Rishi Kapoor, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee and Shreyas Talpade.

What’s interesting about the video is that besides the actors, the director Sajid Khan and the producer Sajid Nadiadwala are also in the picture, showing their dancing skills on the stage.

Speculations are that the track is somewhere similar to ‘We speak no Americano’.

Fearless Akshay Kumar does a fire stunt in ‘Joker’!

In his upcoming film Joker, Akshay Kumar has performed a very difficult stunt all by himself.

Shirish Kunder, the director of the film post a pic of Akki performing the stunt, on his Twitter page and says, “JOKER on location : Akshay Kumar surprises everyone by doing the daring fire stunt himself.”

Despite warning, Akshay was adamant to do the stunt himself. The actress of the film Sonakshi Sinha also requested him many times not to take unnecessary risks. However, the Khiladi Kumar refused to take anyone’s advise.

The most interesting part is that, Akshay finished the shot in just one take!

Deepika’s role in ‘Desi Boyz’ is super challenging!

We are all aware of the fact that Akshay Kumar is one of the most loved actor across the globe. Now, there is one more person who adds to the list of his fans. Well, we are talking about Deepika Padukone. In a recent interview, DP revealed that she is very fond of Akki.

Meanwhile, the reason why Deepika found her role in Desi Boyz challenging is because, in her previous movies with Akshay, she has always romanced him, on screen. However, in Desi Boyz, she essays the role of a girl who doesn’t like Akki. Hence, it was challenging!

She also mentions that since she is very fond of Akshay in real life, it was pretty difficult to hate him on screen. In Desi Boyz, DP and Akshay shares a love-hate relationship.

Akshay Kumar, the ‘desi’ boy!!

Bollywood’s khiladi, Akshay Kumar, is one actor who loves to be unique. Almost all celebrities in Bollywood prefer speaking in English over Hindi. However, our Akki saab likes it the other way round. He says, he is super comfortable conversing in his national language, Hindi.

“After all, we’re Hindi film stars. We earn our bread and butter from Bollywood. I’m uncomfortable talking in English..I’ve always been,” Akshay said in a statement.

“I’ve realized my fans love the dialogues I say on screen. And those are in Hindi. Why speak in a language your are not comfortable with? After all success is about being comfortable in your own skin and I’m finally doing that,” he added.

Akshay Kumar says he is very proud of his roots and call’s himself ‘desi’.

“I’m proud to be desi. I’m a desi boy from Delhi and I’m very proud of who I am and I am proud of my roots. My fans love me for being being humble and hard working. They love me for speaking to them in their language; they connect with me because I remind them of their roots,”
he said.

Akshay Kumar, a romantic Don in ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2’


Director Milan Luthria is one busy man these days. Apart from his new movie The Dirty Picture, he is also focusing on his forthcoming film, the sequel of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. The sequel will have Akshay Kumar essaying the lead role.

In the sequel, Akshay will play a romantic Dawood Ibrahim. Milan Luthria says, “the latter promises a different take on the underworld. Unlike the original, it’ll show the romantic side of underworld in a big way.”

Any guess on who would be playing Akki’s lady love in the film? Well, if buzz is to be believed, Milan and producer Ekta Kapoor might just rope in Kareena Kapoor. Apparently, Bebo has even read the script.

The director stresses on the fact that the film sequel will see less of violence and more of love and romance. It would be a happy and entertaining film.

The original action hero Akshay Kumar is back with a bang. Catch the first look of his upcoming movie Rowdy Rathore. From the poster, we are guessing that the film might be full on dhom-thad-thad-thad.

After a string of comedy flicks going dud at the box office Khiladi Kumar really needed the one action flick to bring things back on track.

What’s interesting about the poster is that it is completely handmade. The producer of the film and UTV pictures brought in painters to paint the poster. Rowdy Rathore’s poster brings back the 80s’ era.

Directed by Prabu Deva, Rowdy Rathore stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. The film is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ronnie Screwvala. It is a remake of the Telugu film Vikramarkudu.

Akshay Kumar turns rapper for ‘Shera Di Kaum Punjabi’!!

Akshay Kumar recently shot for a special song Shera Di Kaum with A-lister rapper and actor Ludacris, and the smashing Punjabi trio RDB. Akki will be seen in the rap number for the upcoming film ‘Breakaway’.

The Indo-Canadian film is directed by Robert Lieberman and produced by Akshay Kumar and Paul Gross.
The film headlines Vinay Virmani, Russell Peters, Anupam Kher, Gurpreet Singh Ghuggi and Noureen Dewulf, with Rob Lowe and Camilla Belle.

Breakaway has cameo appearances by Akshay Kumar, Aubrey ´Drake’ Graham (Music Feature) and Chris ´Ludacris’ Bridges (Music Feature).

The film releases in theaters on September 30.

First Look: Rowdy Rathore!!! A mass entertainer with action ka tadka!

Presenting to you the first look of another mass entertainer flick, Rowdy Rathore. Directed by the Wanted director Prabhu Deva, stars the very handsome Akshay Kumar who essays the role of a cop and the stunning newbie, Sonakshi Sinha. It is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Vikramarkudu

The film went on floors last week, and with action flicks being a favorite among the audiences, this film already looks a hit.

Akshay and Sonakshi come together once again, with ‘Joker’ being their first film.Talking about Rowdy Rathore, a source says: “The dynamite combination of Sanjal Leela Bhansali, Akshay Kumar and Prabhu Deva calls for a film that is aesthetically larger than life packed with mind blowing stunts and impressive choreography. The film has box-office success written all over it.”

The movie is expected to release around mid 2012.
