Aamir-Kiran name their son!
Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao name their first new born baby Azad Rao Khan. He has been named after freedom fighter and independent India’s first education minister Maulana Abul Kalam Azad who happens to be Aamir’s great grand uncle.
“Hey guys, most excited to share with y’all that we have finally chosen a name for our baby boy… Azad. Azad Rao Khan. I left the final choice to Kiran, and she has named him after my great grand uncle Maulana Azad, the great freedom fighter, whom the family is most proud of,” Aamir revealed on a social networking site.
“Azad means free or liberated. We want to thank everyone for their warm wishes and blessings, and needless to say we are absolutely overjoyed and feel blessed. Much love,” added the actor-producer.
Aamir-Kiran’s son was born Dec 1 through IVF to a surrogate mother at a private clinic in Mumbai.

And it’s a baby boy for Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao. Well, if you are wondering what we are talking, let us tell you that yes, the couple has been blessed with a baby boy, who was born through IVF to a surrogate mother.
All this took place on the 1st of December at a private clinic in Mumbai. Confirming the news, Aamir Khan revealed that, due to medical complications, both of them had decided to go for IVF-surrogacy.
Aamir Khan next film will be with Rani Mukherjee and Kareena Kapoor in ‘Talaash’. A TV show also awaits him in 2012.
Katrina Kaif, YRF’s first choice!
It was first Kareena Kapoor, who had an opportunity to work with all the three super Khans in the film industry and now, looks like Katrina Kaif is going the Bebo way.
We are all aware about the pretty damsel working with the hunk Salman Khan in Ek Tha Tiger. We also know that Kats is the new face in the Dhoom series which has Aamir Khan also. And now, it is confirmed that she is doing a film with the king of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, which will go on floors in Januray 2012. And what’s more interesting is that all the three flicks belongs to the Yashraj production house.
Well, till date, JKats has done two films with the Yashraj banner:- New York and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and both the film afred pretty well at the BO.
Claims a spokesperson for the production house, “The decision to have Katrina in three films was made on the basis of only one parameter – the script – followed by the director’s vision. Katrina was always the director’s first choice for two of those three films,” says YRF spokesperson.
Seems like 2012 is the year for Katrina Kaif.
Aamir Khan, in search of a home!!
Bollywood’s perfectionist Aamir khan is keen on being neighbours with Sachin Tendulkar. He is looking out for his dream bungalow or a peice of land in and around Bandra
As a source explained, “Aamir wants a place in Bandra, but he is willing to settle for a bungalow in Khar too. Although, he has got his heart set on Bandra, as he wants to be neighbours with Sachin Tendulkar. He has gone to view a couple of plots near Sachin’s new house on Perry Cross Road.”
“It will be a good investment. He is open to buying an old bungalow and renovating it completely,” added the source.
Says a source, “Aamir has dedicated much of his time lately to finding a plot. His present house is not small but he wants a bigger one. He plans to have a large office on the same premises.”
A close friend of Aamir confirmed the actor’s search for a new home, “He is not ruling out shifting to a posh building. At this point, he doesn’t mind either a building or a bungalow,” said the actor’s friend.
Aamir Khan’s next film finally gets its title..
Aamir Khan’s next film, co-produced by him, Farhan Akhar and Ritesh Sidhwani, finally get a tittle. The film is named ‘Talaash’.
Durected by Reema Kagti, the film was initially tittled with names like An Act of Murder and later Dhuaan.
In ‘Talaash’ Aamir plays the role of a police officer. The leading ladies are Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee.
Kareena Kapoor is truly in demand. She’s given a superhit with Salman Khan in Bodyguard and her recent release Ra.One was relatively successful too. Now, we wonder what chamatkaar she is set to do with Aamir Khan.
The film releases on June 1, 2012.
Rajinikanth and Aamir Khan together for a cause..
After SRK’s Ra.One being graced by Rajnikanth’s presence, It’s now Aamir Khan, who is all set to share screen space with the superstar, in an advertisement.
The advertisement that will see the two superstars together, is pictured on child health in India and it’s awareness.
We all are aware of the fact that Rajni sir never features in advertisements, unless it’s for a cause. The last time he was seen in an ad was 20 years back, which was again for a cause.
However, things are not yet over. If rumors are to be believed, Aamir Khan might take things beyond this advertisement, with Rajnikanth. The actor is keen on working with the superstar in a full flagged film and not just a cameo role.

Aamir-SRK rivalry takes a nasty turn…
Post Ra. One release, seems like Shah Rukh Khan – Aamir Khan rivalry has become even more dirty. If sources are to be believed, it is heard that Aamir Khan has been keeping a close watch on SRK’s dream project and is trying his best to run the film down.
A source close to SRK told, “People in the industry have taken this opportunity to get closer to Shah Rukh. Certain people from the industry too, have called and messaged him to say how Salman Khan and Aamir have been trying to run down RA.One.”
“Shah Rukh though not too concerned about Salman’s act was upset with Aamir. The Sallu-SRK rivalry has been going on for quite some time now. However, the news of Aamir choosing to support Salman has hurt Shah Rukh a lot,” informed the source.
SRK initially chose to pay a deaf ear to all the stories. However, after non-stop reports about Aamir trying to find out about Ra.One’s returns at the box office, SRK is now totally miffed and upset.
While this is one side of the story, lets see what the other side is… Say’s a source close to Aamir Khan, “Why would Aamir want to kill SRK’s film? Aamir is shooting in London for Reema Kagti’s film and is not aware of the collections of RA.One at all. How can Aamir sabotage a film that has got a mixed response from the audience?” said the source.
The source added, “The film RA.One has not even crossed the box office collections of Salman han starrer Bodyguard. So the question of Aamir or him worrying about the collections of his film 3 Idiots don’t arise. There has simply been a misunderstanding. Some people from the industry are just poisoning SRK’s mind.”
“Once both Aamir and SRK know the facts, the issue will be solved in no time,” said the source hoping that Shah Rukh Khan would soon realise that people around him are simply creating the so-called rivalry.”
Shirish Kunder pokes fun at Shahrukh & Aamir, praises Salman!
Looks like Filmmaker and Farah Khan’s husband, Shirish Kunder, who once shared very strong bonds with Shahrukh Khan, is currently having his share of fun at the cost of SRK’s dream flick, ‘Ra.One’.
He tweets, “just heard a 150 Cr firework fizzle. The superhero in Ra One has all the powers in the world but to entertain (sic).”
Shirish not only poked SRK but Aamir Khan too. He tweeted, “Aamir re-shoots reality show. Is it looking more real now (sic)?”
But the director did not dare take a chance with Salman Khan. He tweeted about Salman saying, “Bodyguard is trending. Everything else is pending (sic).”

Aamir v/s Salman… Dhoom 3 clashes with Dabangg 2!!!
Now this is going to be one big time Bollywood clash… A clash between two Khans who share a very stron bond with each other. Well, we are talking about Aamir and Salman. December 2012 will see Dhoom 3 and Dabangg 2 release on the same day.
Dhoom 3 has Aamir playing the villain, and the film is set to release on December 21, 2012. On the other hand, Arbaaz Khan has announced on Twitter that he plans on releasing Dabangg 2 on da same date, i.e. Dec 21, 2012.
“Dabangg 2 starts March 2012 and releases on 21 Dec 2012 !!!” Arbaaz tweeted. He will himself direct the movie.
However, if buss is to be believed, Dhoom 3 is likely to get postponed to 2013 as there would be a lot of post production work to do.
Okay, so if Dhoom 3 and Dabangg 2 releases on the same day, which flick would you watch???
Salman Khan makes way for his dear friend Aamir Khan…
Salman Khan’s upcoming film, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ will now have an Eid release. Well, Sallu, the man with a golden heart postponed his film release making way for his fellow star Aamir Khan.
It is heard that, Aamir requested Salman to delay the release of ‘Ek Tha Tiger as the former want to release his next film, directed by Reema Kagti, on June 1. The very close relationship that the duo share, Salman immediately accepted Aamir’s request.
However, The shifting of the release of the film to Eid has proven to be a blessing to Salman as Eid is considered a lucky time for the actor.
‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Aditya, the film is currently being shot in Dublin from where it moves on to Turkey for its next schedule.
Shahrukh or Aamir for Kareena Kapoor???
Kareena Kapoor missed the international premiere of ‘Ra.One’. Reason: Her dates clashed with the shooting of Reema Katgi’s ‘Dhuaan’. The movie ‘Dhuaan’ has Aamir Khan as the lead actor. So has Bebo chosen Aamir over Shahrukh???
Said a source, “Kareena has to take some special training for an underwater sequence in the film and she needs time for that too. So going for the premiere is out of the question.”
Adds the source, “Kareena is the female lead and SRK obviously wants her around as much as possible. She is trying her best to attend the Dubai and London premieres because she does not want to miss the international premieres of her film.”
Unfortunately, the grand premiere of ‘Ra.One’ clashes with the shooting of ‘Dhuaan’.
“This film is obviously her biggest this year, and she definitely wants to be a part of all promotional events. It’s just unfortunate that the premiere is now clashing with the shoot dates of Dhuaan.”
Aamir’s Next – ‘Dhuan’?
It’s been nearly two years, and we have not seen our perfectionist star Aamir Khan on-screen after his outstanding performance as ‘Rancho’ in the critically and commercially super-duper successful 3 idiots. But, we do know Aamir is right now filming for a cop flick with Reema Katgi who previously made ‘Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd.’ And if sources are to be believed, this cop flick, in which Aamir will be sporting a moustache as well, has been titled ‘Dhuan’.
Aamir is planning to soon launch the first look of the film, and following in his good friend’s Salman’s path, Aamir wants a digital poster to be launched for Dhuan just like Ek Tha Tiger. Aamir Khan was so impressed with the idea of a digital poster from Yash Raj Films that he has asked the creative team of Dhuan to come up with a digital poster for his film as well. Aamir would be discussing the look of the poster with his creative team soon.
‘Dhuan’ is slated for release in early 2012.
