Bhandarkar, Bachchan patch up!
Aishwarya Rai’s pregnancy news caused rifts between Madhur Bhandarkar and the Bachchan pariwaar. However, if reports are to be believed, all’s well now between the two.
It all happened last week at a suburban five-star.
An eye-witness revealed, “The cold war is a thing of the past. Bhandarkar actually walked up to Bachchan while he was shooting for a commercial at the hotel. Bachchan looked at him, smiled and met him very warmly. After that, the two were seen chatting quite animatedly. Both appeared very gracious toward each other.”
The witness further said, “It was difficult to overhear what the two of them were saying but it was clear that they had put the past behind them. While onlookers were surprised, it was quite a heartwarming sight.”
Karan Johar mimics Katrina???
Recently, reports had it that filmmaker Karan Johar had taken a potshot on Katrina Kaif’s style of posing on magazine covers. However, when questioned, he denied making any such comments.
“Absolutely crazy media report suggesting I have said something about Katrina! I have not! Its totally baseless and a lie,” tweeted the 39-year-old.
If media reports are to go by, Karan Johar was overheard making fun of Katrina Kaif’s poses. Not jus that. Johar also mimicked a few of her poses.
Rubbishing all reports, Karan says, “Katrina is not only a dear friend but also a supremely talented and hard-working megastar! And all this reportage is ridiculous,” he tweeted.
Vidya-Siddharth an item!
Putting rest to all the speculation about her relationship status, Vidya Balan finally admits that she is dating the UTV CEO Siddharth Roy Kapur.
“I will admit that I am dating him but not beyond that,” Vidya Balan is quoted as saying by a news agency.
On questioning about her wedding plans, Vidya replied: “I don’t have any plans yet… and there is no engagement ring yet. It’s a while away and I am in no hurry. But it’s on my mind and there is a plan at some point.”
Vidya currently has just her career on her mind.
Ranveer-Kareena in Bansali’s next!
Once again it is a passionate romantic film for director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film is titled ‘Ram Leela’ and will star the very stunning Kareena Kapoor and the dashing Ranveer Singh.
The film ‘Ram Leela’ is a very close project to Bansali. The heroine of the film, Kareena is super excited to work with the director and it is every actors wish to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali at least once in their film career, she being no exception.
Once Bebo is done shooting for Heroine, she will begin working on Bansali’s project. Actor Ranveer Singh has already started preparing for the role while side by side he is working on Vikramaditya Motwane’s period drama Lootera.
An Indian take on Shakespearean classic Romeo And Juliet, Ram Leela will be shot in the interiors of Gujarat.
Kareena will be seen donning Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s creations in the film.
Priyanka Chopra says she was a common man too.
Parineeti Chopra’s film ‘Ishqazaade’ hit theaters yesterday. Her cousin, Priyanka Chopra wished her on the social networking site, Twitter, good luck.
Immediately, one of her fans pointed out the dynasty system that exists in Bollywood, that only stars kids and siblings get become actors and actresses and not common people.
Reading that comment, Priyanka responded, “I was a common man!! Remember?!”

Esha Gupta who has seen success in her first film itself, with Jannat 2, is heard to be a big fan of Bipasha Basu. What more, now she will soon be seen with Bips in her upcoming flick Raaz3.
“I have been a big fan of Bipasha. I have seen her on the big screen and the scene in which she comes out of the sea wearing a white gown (in ‘Jism’). Left a strong impact on me. In fact not only on me, but millions in our country and I was one of those. Now I am really honoured that she is my co-star in ‘Raaz 3′,” Esha told.
“Bipasha made my presence felt because she is someone who is very secure.I wasn’t intimated, but I was definitely nervous because I didn’t want to give many retakes and make a star like her wait,” the 27-year-old added.
“She is lovely. She makes sure that she gives you all the attention and helps you. I didn’t feel that I was not in the film, because the film revolves around three of us… So all three of us – me, Emraan (Hashmi) and Bipasha – have our own part in the movie,” she went on to add.
“Raaz 3″ is directed by Mohit Suri.
Re-shoot of ‘Talaash’ will not happen!
Putting an end to all rumors that the climax Talaash will be re shot, Aamir Khan says that nothing about the film is going to change and the film will release by end of November, this year. The film was initially going to release on June 1 2012.
Buzz had it that the Reema Kagti directed film was on similar lines of recent Vidya Balan starrer Kaahani. However, Aamir rubbishes the rumor.. “I have seen the film and it has turned out very well.
I’m very happy with Reema’s work. It’s my next release after Dhobi Ghat. And since I couldn’t give the required time for the June release, I requested producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar to push it to November,” he reiterates.
A superbike for Akshay Kumar!
Buzz has it that is that John is gifting Akshay a high-end motorbike. Reason: Their third film together being a hit at the box office.
Their friendship started during the shooting of Garam Masala. It is heard that, John had promised Akki an expensive bike, that if their third film together works well. As per his promise, it is heard that the two-wheeler will be delivered to Akshay on Tuesday.
Says a source, “It was after John got his own motorcycle transported from Mumbai to London for the shoot that he learnt about Akshay sharing similar interest in two-wheelers. A few months later, John promised to gift Akshay a bike to celebrate their success (of their third film) together.”
John says, “Since the first time we worked together, Akshay has always been a strong support. He loved the motorcycle, so it’s my way of showing my love and respect for him.” About his choice of the present for his buddy, the actor says, “I love motorcycles and so does Akshay. So I thought the best thing for me to gift him is something we both love. So I chose a Harley Davidson.”
Describing the bike, John says, “Akshay likes black colour for motorcycles, and I also believe black is beautiful. So I’ve chosen this colour for his bike.”
He adds, “Akshay wants a special number. Hopefully, the procedure will be completed soon, so the bike can be delivered to him by Tuesday.”
Shahrukh – Ajay come together in Rohit’s next!
If rumors are to be believed, Bollywood’s two biggest stars, SRK and Ajay, will soon be seen together, sharing screen space in Rohit Shetty’s next. The film is a Karan Johar’s banner!
Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty have decided to collaberate recently, and ever since then, speculations over who’ll play the male lead in the film have been doing the rounds.
Well, Karan’s all time favorite is Shahrukh Khan, while Rohit’s favorite is Ajay Devgan. Buzz is that both SRK and Ajay have agreed to work together.
‘Ek Tha Tiger’ teaser trailer!
In the explosive teaser trailer of director Kabir Khan’s much-awaited film Ek Tha Tiger, Salman Khan literally steals your breath. He is so dashing!
The teaser stars with a voiceover by the actor himself, Salman Khan, going on to tell us about the four wars between India and Pakistan. He then continues to brief us about another war, fought between the two nations on daily basis, the war between the intelligence agencies of the two countries: India’s RAW and Pakistan’s ISI.
There is some amazing actions scenes too.
