Arbaaz Khan

Arbaaz Khan was born on 4 August 1967 to screenwriter, Salim Khan and Salma Khan (Sushila Charak). He has two brothers, actor Salman Khan and actor-producer Sohail Khan. Apart from being an actor, Arbaaz is also a director and a film producer.

Arbaaz Khan made his debut as a villain in Daraar in 1996. He portrayed the role of a psychotic and dangerous husband who ill treats his wife and often beats her. His performance in Daraar, got him the Filmfare Award as the Best Villain. He next played the villain in Qayamat: City Under Threat, 2003 alongside Ajay Devgn. Before venturing into movie production, he appeared in comedy movies like Hulchul, 2004 Malamaal Weekly, 2006 and Bhagam Bhag in 2006. He also portrayed the role of daring police officers in movies like Shootout at Lokhandwala and Fool and Final. He made his debut in production with Dabangg, in 2010 which starred Salman Khan in the lead and also launched Sonakshi Sinha’s career in Bollywood. The movie was a huge success.

Arbaaz Khan is married to model and actress Malaika Arora and they have a child together, son Arhaan.
