Agneepath is a remake of the 1990 movie of the same name. The story revolves around Vijay Chauhan’s (Hirthik Roshan) quest to avenge the death of his father, Deenanath Chahuhan. His father had been framed in a conspiracy and brutually murdered by Kancha Cheena (Sanjay Dutt) who wanted to seize control of the island where the Chauhan family lived. In order to do so, Vijay joins Rauf Lala’s (Rishi Kapoor) gang and eventually becomes his most trusted lieutenant.
