The actress has to increase muscle weight in her body for which she has to be on a high protein diet. She has been working out very hard and is undergoing extensive training to build muscle.
The ace actress isn’t just working hard at the gym she has also been personally keeping a check on what she consumes in the entire day. Since she has to increase her muscle, proteins like chicken, tofu and soya are a major part of her everyday diet.
