Vidya Balan Starts Yoga In Earnest

Vidya Balan has tried almost everything in the book from several diets to different exercise regimens to stay trim and fit.
Ask the diva about her current fitness regimen and she reveals she has started doing yoga in earnest now. Vidya says: “Earlier I would work out in the gym. But I have just started doing yoga since a couple of months. I do yoga four to five times a week for an hour or so at a time.”
