Priyanka Chopra weight loss – seven kilos In 20 Days

Yes, you read that right! Priyanka Chopra lost seven kilos in 20 days, a drastic weight loss for her forthcoming film Dil Dhadakne Do. The ex Miss World was already on a sweat shedding program for Mary Kom biopic, when the second project came her way. Now, she has to transform herself from a rough and tough boxer to a ladylike sophisticated Business woman.

In Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do, PeeCee will be seen as a svelte Punjabi business woman, and apparently, the actress was given just 20 days to shed all the pounds she gained while shooting for Mary Kom’s biopic. Under the guidance of her Mary Kom Biopic trainer Jharna Sanghvi, Ms Chopra got back in shape.

“It’s usually not easy and advisable to cut down six-seven kilos in just 15-20 days. But boxers can lose that much in about 20 days with the right weight training and activities like skipping, running and a controlled diet because they are trained for it and Priyanka did just that,” said Priyanka’s trainer Jharna.

Meanwhile, Dil Dhadakne Do features Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar, besides Priyanka Chopra. The shooting for the same has already begun.
