Satyamev Jayate: Did Aamir Khan order for a bulletproof car for his safety?

The Perfectionist Khan, Aamir Khan has rubbished the reports of threats to his life as there are very sensitive issues with which he is dealing in his TV show, Satyamev Jayate. It was being said that the actor had received several threats as he criticized many ill practices in the country such as female foeticide, medical malpractices and honour killing.

There were also reports that Aamir Khan even ordered a bullet proof car ash he was worried about his safety after he touched upon very sensitive issues regarding governance and Lok Sabha elections 2014 in the latest Season of his show. But Dhoom Khan slammed all these reports and said, “I have not got any threats. I don’t fear… threats. Do not go with the rumours. There is no threat to me.

Satyamev Jayate Season 1, anchored by the 48 year old Aamir, had a successful run and the Season 2 is about to be aired in TV from March 2. Aamir added, “We think ourselves as communicators, our responsibility is to talk about an issue, present the data and talk about the law. I want people to join… engage in the movement and stand for the right things. Personally, I would like to endorse women empowerment.

Meanwhile, the Dhoom 3 actor when asked about his goo d friend Sanjay Dutt’s parole extension favors and the Bombay High Court’s decision of slamming Maharashtra government on the same.

The actor said, “I don’t think it’s right for me to comment on this matter for a number of reasons one of them is that, I am totally unaware about what the case is. I am sure, that there are certain rules and regulations that prisons follow and I am assuming that they follow that for everyone. But if something has not been followed then whichever officer is responsible for that not only in Sanju’s case but in general then serious action should be taken against them as nobody is above the law. I don’t know about Sanju’s case. How many days of parole he has been granted or how they have been. So it won’t be right for me to comment.
