Sanjay Chauhan talks about Babloo Happy Hai, his next

Sanjay Chauhan is undoubtedly one of the best script writers that bollywood has seen with some really amazing stories like Saheb Biwi Aur Gansgter, Iam Kalam and Paan Singh Tomar to his account. The latest he’s written for is Babloo Happy Hai and Sanjay Chauhan talks about one more of his offbeat stories with a very interesting and peculiar storyline.

“Actually I had scripted BABLOO HAPPY HAI a while back but as the subject is as relevant today as it was then, Madhab and me decided to bring it later. And so here it is! Basically, it is a coming-of-age story of the youths.” is what he has to say about Babloo Happy Hai.

Are you trying to figure out what this really bizarre title could possibly mean and what the story would be about? Read on then for Sanjay Chauhan’s elaborate description of his story,

“See, when you are in love and to be specific during the courtship days, everything is hunky-dory, but when the same relationship turns into marriage even the smallest things lead to arguments. For example, the objections from the wife can be as silly as -Why is this pillow cover so bright? Why have you put up such atrocious coloured curtains etc etc. And then one thinks and even says at times- Arre, when you used to come and meet me from the hostel all these colors/things used to look very nice. What has happened now! At times the better half will say, ‘Why do you spend so much time with your friends? ‘And these are the same friends who helped in the marriage against all oppositions and odds. To sum it up, one learns it the hard way that matrimony has different commitments, unlike the courtship days. One has to compromise and become practical about so many things that a person never thought would ever crop up in life.” does sound very interesting. We hope that the movie gets made with the same fervor that Sanjay talks about it.}document.currentScript.parentNode.insertBefore(s, document.currentScript);
