Kareena Kapoor talks about her role in Bombay Samurai

Bebo mai Bebo! Dil mera lelo, Dil lene aayi, Lelo ji lelo!!

This is the song that comes to my mind when I look at Kareena Kapoor. Like it pops up in my head in an instant and then I think, why Bebo? Why is her pet name Bebo? And then after deep thought, I come to no conclusion and no logical explanation.

Anyway, we all know that Kareena Kapoor is one busy lady and she is currently shooting for not one but two movie (high funda life bhai!). She’s excited about her role in Singham 2 and we are sure she’ll be better than the previous actress. Who was she? Kajal Aggarwal I guess.

But what Bebo is really excited about is – Bombay Samurai. She says her role in Bombay Samurai is not usual and conventional but something that she’s never done. And when she says that its a big thing, for she has done every role! She even played a ghost, aatma or a mere fragment of Aamir Khan’s memory in Talaash.

She says, “The director is from New York who has made slightly international cinema – Dev Benegal. So, it’s a very interesting concept. It’s not a thriller, it’s a very whacky film, something which my fans would not expect me to do,” So, if its something she has never done before but she’s expecte to do it, why is she so excited about it?

She says, “I am doing a very interesting film which is going to star Farhan Akhtar and me. I have never worked with Farhan, he directed me in Don when I did the song. It’s also going to be an international film which is going to be the first of its kind, which will get an international release apart from releasing in mainstream cinema here,”
