You may be aware of the fact that Salman Khan’s most ambitious project ‘Veer’ was co-scripted by Salman and his father Salim Khan. owever this is not Salman’s first film as a writer. In fact his second film ‘Baaghi: A Rebel for Love’ (1990), soon after ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, was credited as written by Salman Khan. But as the movies failed Salman quit writing.
However, now, the actor wanted to try out at writing again and resurfaced again in 1993, he wrote for his yet another film ‘Chandramukhi’, starring Sridevi but once again the movie bombed at the box-office. Despite failing twice as writer, he attempted writing with VEER and once again the movie failed.
