Will Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Happy Ending’ prove to be lucky for him?

For Saif Ali Khan, the year 2013 has pretty much turned out to be an edgy year for Saif Ali Khan, as far his Bollywood journey is concerned. However, with 2014, Saif is all set to return to the familiar space with his first rom-com to hit the screen since his last big solo blockbsuter, ‘Cocktail’, which was a rom-com too.

The movie, ‘Happy Ending’ which would bring him back in the safe and sound romantic comedy zone. The film is said to contain all the typical masala elements which are usually associated with a quintessential rom-com starring Saif Ali Khan.

“It is not a fluffy film by any means,” says Raj, one half of the director duo Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru, “When Saif comes on screen, the excitement level goes to a different level altogether. He is a very powerful personality and that shows on screen.”

Produced by Saif Ali Khan and Dinesh Vijan, Happy Ending also stars Govinda, Preity Zinta and Ranvir Shorey with Kareena Kapoor in a special appearance. The film is tentatively planned for 28th March release.
