Ever since the news of AbRam, Shahrukh and Gauri Khan’s third child was being born was out, the couple had to face a lot of legal issues regarding how they’ve gone for sex determination before he was born. AbRam was born through surrogacy and for a long time now, it’s been rumored that Gauri’s sister in law, Namita Chibber is the surrogate mother.
And now, when Gauri has applied to get all the documents related to the baby, they’ve been refused and this rose the issue to light once again. Varsha Deshpande, a social activist has been alleging on how they’ve gone for sex determination since a while and now wants to file a case against Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri and the hospital officials in which the test was allegedly conducted. Varsha also claims that she has the documents that prove the surrogacy and the documents of Brihanmumbai municipal corporation’s inquiries into thus issue.
Shah rukh khan though, denies that they’ve gone through the process and here’s what he says on it, “Just to put the record straight there was no sex determination for our child. The baby was born much before the speculations of ‘sex determination’ and other ‘issues’ pertaining to the same were being raised in the media by some organisations.”
