Sanjay Dutt, who is currently in the Yerawada jail in Pune for the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case has asked for a 30 day parole from the jail on medical grounds citing that Sanjay Dutt’s wife Manyata is not well. “He has been granted one-month parole on the recommendation made by the prison officials. The date of his release on parole will be decided by them after completing the formalities” says one of the officers confirming this.
This hasn’t yet been finalized though and deputy inspector general of prisons, R Dhamne speaking about it, said that the jail authorities are still waiting for the order of parole sanction from divisional commissioner’s office. If it gets sanctioned, Dutt will be out of the jail on saturday and will spend 30 days at his home.
And meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt’s wife Manyata who was supposedly unwell was spotted at the screening of a film and seemed like she was in perfect health. She needs to stick to her house or be careful not to get spotted or hubby Sanjay would have a problem with it.
This was not the first time that Sanjay is out on bail, as in October, he was out for fifteen days and later extended it for another fifteen days due to medical reasons.
