Ajay Bahl, the director who made his directorial debut with the movie B.A. Pass, will now make a murder mystery movie based on a Japanese novel.
“I am scripting a film, which is inspired by a Japanese novel. It’s basically a murder mystery and I am thrilled about the project,” said Bahl. The movie’s working title is Informer.
“We will start shooting by March 2014 and the film is tentatively titled Informer. We have not decided about the cast. We are still working on that,” added the film-maker whose first film B.A. Pass was much acclaimed by the critics.
B.A. Pass starred Shilpa Shukla and Shadab Kamal and is a dark story that revolves around seduction and betrayal. It was based on a short story The Railway Aunty.
