Prawaal Raman’s film on Charles Shobraj has been into various controversies ever since it’s inception. It is heard that the producer of the film, Pooja Bhatt also walked out of the film for unknown reasons. The latest we hear is that the film’s titles has also been changed now.
Apparently, the film that was titled ‘Bad’, was too heavy on Pooja Bhatt’s pocket. In fact it had exceeded her financial expectations, and so the producer decided to drop the project. She is said to have walked out of the project along with the title, as she is keen on having a franchise with the film.
So now, the untitled project is left in the hands of Prawaal Raman was left untitled. We hear that the film has been re-titled as Jailbreak, an apt name, considering the fact that the film revolves around how Shobraj managed to escape from Tihar Jail in 1986.
Jailbreak stars Randeep Hooda. The first schedule of the film has been completed in Goa.
