Ayushmann Khurrana: To lose or gain 5 kilos isn’t an issue!

Bollywood’s Punjabi lad Ayushmann Khurrana is a fitness freak. For him, health comes first. Ayushmann loves eating as well as working out equally. This guy is all set to surprise you with his hot looks in his upcoming film Bewakoofiyaan where plays a corporate guy.

Ayushmann loves his food. He believes in never compromising on yummy food. He says, “I love Punjabi and Mughlai cuisines”. When asked about his fondness for food, this is what he had to say “I am like an overgrown kid. My mind doesn’t work if I am not well-fed.”

Unlike other fitness conscious stars,this actor doesn’t diet and abstain from fatty foods. Instead he believes in working out as much as he eats.”I do jog but I don’t stop myself from eating everything. I have a good metabolism.” He eats food high on proteins and low on carbs, “I eat everything but I restrain myself from eating carbs after 6pm. I don’t even have fruit or juices after 6pm.”

The actor also admits to be a compulsive jogger. He believes as an actor, one must go through rigourous fitness regime in order to suit a particular role.

Well, Ayushmann Khurrana certainly sets a good example of a healthy actor.
