It’s now time for VJ-turned-actor Rannvijay Singh’s brother, Harmanjeet Singh to make his debut in Bollywood. Harmanjeet is the younger brother of Rannvijay and has been signed for Mango which will be directed by Abbas Tyrewala. Harmanjeet will be portraying the role of an investment banker-turned-shack owner in the film.
Harmanjeet had no plans to be in films. He says, “I had no plans for acting, it just happened by chance.” When asked how did this project happen, the debutant actor says, “Abbas, who was making Mango, was looking to cast someone for the film. He knew Rannvijay and I happened to meet him during one of our meetings. He casually asked me to come and audition for his film. I didn’t think he was serious, but I went ahead and got myself a role in the film. When I got the role, Abbas groomed me and taught me the intricacies and nuances of acting.”
