His movies may not be superhit, but every track in his films are chart busters. We we are talking about Akshay Kumar and his choice of music in his films, which are always loved by audience of every age group. Last year, his film Khiladi 786 saw super cool numbers and now, this year, the music of his BOSS has turned out to be a rage and topping the charts.
Apparently, Akki takes special interest in every track of his film and hence all this hard work is paying off.
“What can I say, I do my homework,”smiles Akshay, “Good music, lyrics and choreography are all vital organs when it comes to a commercial success. You want people tapping their feet before they even enter the theatres. But I have a great habit where I buy any song I like, doesn’t matter what, when, how, or why though. If I like it, I bank it and produce it at a moment I feel fit to release.”
BOSS is set to hit theaters Wednesday, 16th October.
Meanwhile, a PIL has been filed against a song in the film, sung by Yo Yo Honey Singh, because of an Objectionable word. Though the vulgar word is muted, the plea suggests the film’s release be suspended till either the words or the song is deleted completely from the film.
