Bollywood’s No-Nonsense Man: Manoj Bajpai!!

Hailing from a small town in Bihar, Manoj Bajpai has surely come a long way to make a mark for himself in this industry. Manoj Bajpai started his acting career with the television serial Swaabhimaan which aired on Doordarshan.

Bajpai’s first film Drohkaal was a big time flop. However, he got a lot of other movie offers that didn’t really give him much screen space. Bajpai’s first big success was the film Bandit Queen where he played the role of a dacoit.

Manoj Bajpai later began offers in films where his role was often the serious type. In the film Satya by RGV, Bajpai played the role of Bhiku Mhatre and this role won his a lot of accolades and appreciation. Following this, Aks was released in 2001 where Bajpai played the role of Raghavan Ghatge.

Manoj also starred in films like Veer Zaara, Fiza, Bewafaa, Dus Kahaaniya, Money Hain Toh Honey Hain, Rajneeti, Special 26, Shootout At Wadala etc. His best film by far is Gangs Of Wasseypur 1&2. Bajpai’s films also include quite a lot of Telugu films like Prema Kadha, Happy, Koram Puli, Vedam.

Bajpai has been the winner of several National Awards and has been nominated a lot of times for his commendable work. Manoj Bajpai is a fine actor with great potential. We wish him good luck for all his future endeavors.
