The extremely diet conscious Shilpa Shetty and now a yummy mummy, is undoubtedly one of the sexiest actresses in Bollywood. With that thin midriff and waistline, Shilpa returned to her self in less than 10 months, post pregnancy and took everybody by surprise.
In a recent interview with a health magazine, Shilpa revealed what it takes to maintain her natural hourglass figure. She had also said that any kind of dieting was not her cup of tea and that she like eating healthy.
However, the latest buzz is that, due to unknown reasons, the actress limited her diet to just six eggs per day and is not touching any other food item these days.
Claims a source close to the actress, “Shilpa’s fitness mantra is yoga. She loves chicken but is staying away from it for the sake of her fit form. A workout is not a must if you eat the right and healthy food. She also takes in a lot of liquids and keeps herself fit.”
We wonder why this sudden diet change.
