Manoj Bajpai has appeared in over 46 movies so far. He made his debut with Bandit Queen and then gave us hit after hit. Every actor who comes into Bollywood obviously comes with the dream of being the lead hero, winning over the heroines heart and then having a million fans.
Manoj Bajpai roles
Not all of them make it as an actor in Bollywood. But then there are those lucky few who stay back and try out different roles and give us amazing performances movie after movie. Manoj Bajpai is one such guy who did not make it as the coveted Bollywood hearthrob but stayed back as the performer and artist Bollywood deserved. Like him or hate him, he has the knack of making his presence felt on screen.
This is one particular scene that I absolutely love! Satya tries to talk to Bhiku about his feelings and he is shocked by his confession. He tries to talk his friend out of it but then realizes that what he is saying is actually true.
Manoj Bajpai gave us another award winning performance in Shool by playing a very different character. He plays Inspector Samar Pratap Singh who is very loyal to his country and does his job right no matter what it costs to him.
You feel a sense of responsibility towards your nation when you watch LOC: Kargil and a wave of emotion hits you when you watch his particular scene. You might have disliked Manoj Bajpai’s evil presence in other movies but this scene just warms your heart and you see him for what he really is, a brilliant performer
We love Shahrukh Khan and he deserved a happy ending and in a way he got it. But if you look at it from Raza Shirazi’s view, what he did was justified. Any man who was powerful enough would do the same and might also go to other extremes if he was insulted in such a way. What can we say? A man’s got to do what a man’s got to do.
Hate. Dislike. Detest. Loathe. These are few words which you can relate to when you think of Maoj Bajapi’s character as Veerendra Pratap in Raajneeti. You cannot help but hate him and his gut for the turmoil and pain that he puts everyone through.
Gangs of Wasseypur
Here’s a ruthless side of Manoj Bajpai aka Sardar Khan. There are times you sympathies and there are times you empathsie but then there are times when you just outright curse his character. Well, this is one of those times.
