Bollywood has entered the season of big movies and one such coming our way is Akshay Kumar starrer Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobaara, which is all set for an independence day release. The movie has been in the news, mainly for the sequel factor and the rage that the first movie had created.
The promotional activities of the film have been very tight and is certainly one of the most awaited films this year. Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan sounds like a winning cast and to add to that, you have Milan Luthria’s direction, Ekta Kapoor’s production, Rajat Arora penning the lyrics and Pritam will be giving the music.
There has been speculations about it arriving in lesser number of screens due to the raging success of Chennai Express. But actually, the film is seeing a good release for itself and if we are not wrong, over 2200 screens have been selected already. But these screens won’t be available for the film next week, as another biggie Madras Cafe will be releasing.
We can conclude saying that if OUATIMD is a good film and gets some good reviews, the movie should stay in theatres till Satyrgaraha releases. Meanwhile, the film will be looking forward to a great opening due to a Holiday, Sunday and then Rakhi (Tuesday) which should ensure that there is enough time to gain some profit!
