Bollywood actors who turned ‘She’male, on screen

We were not very surprised to see Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan dressed as a woman in his latest television commercial. Our Bollywood stars have always loved experimenting with their looks and are not camera shy. Earlier too, we have seen our actors donning the woman avatar and they did turn out to be quite memorable for the audience. Take a look of the ‘she’ avatar of B-town stars.

Salman Khan:

The Dabangg Khan was seen as a voluptuous woman in the 2006 flop film Jaaneman. His lady like avatar grabbed many eyeballs and dragged audience to the cinema theaters, only to get disappointed.

Shahrukh Khan:

The ladies man, Shahrukh Khan became the lady in his 1998 film Duplicate. Guess the superstar might have thought this: “Badi badi filmon mein aisi chhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hai.” *Wink*! By the way, this film too was a dud at the Box Office.

Aamir Khan:

He dressed as ‘she’ in Baazi and repeated this look several times in brand endorsements. Aamir Khan does make a pretty lady, doesn’t he?

Ajay Devgn:

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Golmaal Returns saw Ajay Devgn, Tusshar Kapoor and Arshad Warsi dress up as women. They literally got us laughing away for hours. Ajay was undoubtedly the funniest of all.

Riteish Deshmukh:

The actor’s oh-so-soft side was revealed in the song Dil mein baji guitar from the movie Apna Sapna Money Money. Who can forget that chart buster number.

Govinda:

Aunty No. 1 saw the funny Govinda turn into a sexy Aunty, hence proving the film’s title right, ‘Aunty No. 1.’

Kamal Hassan:

Who can forget the hot Chachi played by none other than Kamal Haasan in Chachi 420? Well, he grabbed accolades for the endearing character.

Amitabh Bachchan:

Remember the hit song ‘Mere Angene Mein, Tumhara Kya Kaam Ha’, from the movie Lawaaris? One of the main reasons why the song was a huge rage was because of Amitabh’s performance in a lady’s wear.
