Salman Khan will now challenge law makers

Salman Khan’s Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) team, Mumbai Heroes may have not performed well in both the seasons of the tournament, but this low performance did not effect the spirits of the players. If rumours are to be believed, CCL will now challenge the members of parliament in a very friendly match.

Yes, you heard that right. The star studded CCL team comprising of Sohail Khan, Suniel Shetty, Aftab Shivdasani and Bobby Deol, among others will now be seen challenge Members of Parliament like Sachin Pilot, Milind Deora, Dushyant Singh, as well as those with professional cricketing experience, like Mohd Azharuddin, Navjot Singh Sidhu and Kirti Azad. The game is supposed to be held on April 27 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.

Though Salman Khan is usually present during a Mumbai Heroes games, it is alleged that he won’t be present this time. We wonder why? A source says, “He is trying his best to come and cheer for his team but we aren’t sure if he will be present,”. Sohail Khan who co-owns the team with producer Vikas Kapoor adds “It’s always a pleasure to play cricket when we get a chance. Playing with the MP 11 will be very exciting and we are looking forward to a good game.”
