Lately, Karan Johar is all for Salman Khan. The filmmaker just can’t stop praising and talking about the actor. He feels, the Khan’s star power goes beyond his films.
Karan said, “Salman’s star power goes beyond his films. People go to see a film just because it has Salman Khan. He is more than just a superstar.”
The filmmaker’s debut film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ had Salman Khan in a cameo appearance. There after, the superstar did not feature in any of Karan’s films.
“My debut film had him. I have offered many films to him… It would be a dream for anyone to have him work for them. He is a big ticket,” added the filmmaker who is equally fond of Shah Rukh Khan.
Karan also admitted that it would be a dream come true to him if he ever got a chance to work with him.
“Salman has delivered six back-to-back blockbuster films. I think everyone would like to work with Salman Khan. I would like to work with him too. It would be a dream to work with him. He was there in my first directorial venture. I have offered him quite a few films,” the producer-director said
In recent times, Salman Khan has churned out big hits like “Wanted”, “Ready”, “Bodyguard” and “Dabangg”.

Really? Why is Karan always kissing someone’s butt these days? Well at least I admire the way he carefully worded his compliment. He never once said Salman was a good actor. He just said he had “star power which goes beyond his films.” Translation: he sucks as an actor & so do his films but movie goers with low standards will to go see his brainless movies anyway…
