Shahid Kapoor is one of the hottest actors in Bollywood and doubtlessly has one of the hottest bods too. However, the actor says its not so easy to achieve such a physique.
Shahid has worked really hard with tons of dedication, says his trainer.
His trainer Abbas Ali said in a statement, “He trains five times a week for an hour. There are three strength training sessions, followed by two days of functional or metabolic conditioning. He also goes for a 7-10 km walk or jog every week,”
“Shahid can’t do without a dose of his daily workouts. Even when he is busy shooting or travelling, the young star makes sure to make room for his workouts,” he added.
Shahid’s female fans swooned over him, when the actor flaunted his hot bod in Kaminey.
Meanwhile, if buzz is to be believed, the ‘Kaminey’ team is planning for the film’s sequel. However, while Shahid Kapoor will be part of the sequel, the film’s leading lady Priyanka Chopra is out. The news is not confirmed yet.
A source told, “It (Kaminey 2) is on the cards but when and how is not yet decided. As soon as Vishal’s Matru Ki Bijee Ka Mandola is released, work is likely to begin on the project. Also, we will have to wait for Shahid Kapoor to finish shooting for Prabhu Deva’s film.”
