Parineeti Chopra did not get her Bollywood break because of cousin sister Priyanka Chopra. Well, that’s what the bubbly actress revealed.

Ms Chopra recently appeared on the Television show ‘Live My live 2′ on UTV Stars. Clearing the air about she entering Bollywood because of her sister, Ms Chopra said, she knew the director of her debut film “Ladies VS Ricky Bahl” long back and that’s how she was approached.

Tuhin, a fashion designer from Kolkata, was selected to come on the show for this particular episode. He also gifted a gown to Parineeti. It is heard that the designer created the gown in just one night.

In a candid conversation with Tuhin, Parineeti also revealed that her dad calls her a tomboy and that he always advices her to act feminine and classy. Parineeti’s father wants her to behave reserved instead of being the frank person that she is.

The episode featuring the actress will be aired Sunday.

Parineeti Chopra also revealed that her cousin Priyanka gives her a daily dose of all the gossip. She said, “We talk on the phone every day. Plus, both Priyanka and I are on BBM. So we also chat without fail. Technology helps us stay in touch. And of course, she gives me all the gossip. Similarly, I have to share all my gossip with her.”

Meanwhile, the actress is presently in Jaipur, shooting for Maneesh Sharma’s untitled next. She has also signed two more films, and isn’t ready to reveal details yet.
