Superstar Salman Khan and his co-star Sonakshi Sinha promoted their upcoming Bollywood film Dabangg 2 on the sets of the hit TV serial ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, on Tuesday.

Deepika Singh, better known as Sandhya Sooraj Rathi, had recently said: “I’ve seen all his (Salman Khan’s) movies and I’m his fan. People have told me he is a very good human being and I’m really looking forward to shooting with him.”

Salman Khan appeared on the show with his Dabangg 2 name, Chulbul Pandey. It is heard that Sonakshi Sinha arrived on the show unannounced and so, Salman Khan had to rewrite the script to accommodate his Dabangg 2 co-star.

Says a source, “Salman was supposed to come alone. So we prepared the script accordingly. However to our surprise Sonakshi too arrived and then Salman incorporated her presence in the show’s script too.”

Adds the source, “However, the episode will now showcase Sonakshi Sinha as Mrs Pandey who will accompany Sallu on this particular track.”

Meanwhile, Salman Khan gets into fresh trouble as his song, Pandeyji from Dabangg 2 has been lifted from the film Teesri Kasam produced by late lyricist Shailendra.

Priyanka, granddaughter of the late lyricist, insists that the credit should go to Teesri Kasam and Sajid-Wajid should not claim the tune to be theirs.
