Anushka Shnarma is very excited about her upcoming film Matru Ki Bijilee Ka Mandola. The actress reveals that since Vishal’s movies are usually dark and intense, she thought Matru would be the same, but when the director narrated the script to her, she couldn’t stop laughing and loved the script. After that, she didn’t hesitate for a second and gave her nod to the film.

The actress in fact was surprised that Vishal was going to do a comedy drama and something different from his dark and intense film. The actress did not expect a comedy of this kind from a director like Vishal.

Anushka Sharma says that she wants director Bhardwaj to keep trying out different genres.

Matru Ki Bijilee Ka Mandola is directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and stars Imran Khan, Anushka Sharma, Shabana Azmi and Pankaj Kapoor in lead roles. The movie is scheduled to release on 11 Jan, 2013.
