A Blockbuster delivered by Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, adding yet another hit to their kitty. ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ opened to an awesome response and made big bucks at the domestic box office.



The film starred Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana DCruz in the lead. Barfi went on to cross Rs 100 crore at the Indian box office and is also nominated for the Oscars.



Aamir khan’s latest suspense drama ‘Talaash’ which was released last Friday went on to make Rs 43 crore in two days and is still riding high.

Shahrukh Khan’s latest flick ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ was one of the most hyped romantic dramas of 2012. This movie earned Rs 170 crore world wide, in just two weeks and still running high Overseas.

‘Rowdy Rathore’ did an extraordinary business at the box office, despite mixed reviews. The Bollywood film made Rs 132 crore net at the box office and collected Rs 19 crore overseas. This was one of the biggest blockbuster of 2012.



Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Cocktail was received very well by the audiences. The film was declared a hit and also collected big bucks at the box office. Deepika Padukone’s performance in particular, is remarkable and the actress is in huge demand, ever since Cocktail happened.

According to you, who deserves to get the Filmfare award for the best actor from this?

    Best Movie of the year should be Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

    I think SRK deserve to win the best actor award. He is fabulous.

    SRK for Jab Tak Hai Jaan. He is the only actor if his move even not have a good story so his acting make that film blockbuster.

    Dabangg 2 and khiladi 786 will also be included in biggest grossers of the year…….

    ek tha tiger,rowdy rathode, agneepath, housefull, barfi, talaash, jab tak hai jaan, bol bacchan, son of sardar, cocktail, oh my god…these r the biggest grosser so far……and about filmfare award….it shoud go to Ranbir kapoor or aamir khan(he wont get it)
